Dario Burks from Burks Heating & Cooling came out to service my air conditioning unit and I am so happy that he did. I had 1 other company come out and they determined the unit needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $4000. My husband convinced me to get a 2nd opinion so my search for a air conditioning repair company began. I called at least 10 companies. Many charged over a $100 for a service call and an additional charge of $50 to 80 for them to bring a ladder tall enough to get on the roof of our 3 story building. In addition the wait time for a service call was over a week due to the high demand.
I was beginning to get very discouraged with my search when I came across Burks Heating & Cooling. Mr Burks himself personally answered my call. I wasn’t switched to a voice mail or answering service. He was attentive to my concern and assured he can fit me into his busy schedule. My appointment was within 24 hours of my call. Because of the feedback I received from other companies I shared with him the possible obstacle to get to my air conditioning unit. He did not anticipate that being an issue and did not require an additional fee for that service (ladder). In addition his standard service fee was very reasonable (less than $100). He communicated his ETA with me leaving his previous appointment as well as when he arrived to my home. He was on time, professional and detailed with his service. Dario went to the roof and after just a few minutes he had assessed the issue and provided me an immediate solution at a great price. My unit did not need to be replaced. Just a new starter which was significantly less than purchasing a brand new unit. I was elated with this news!! After completing the job Dario took the time to explain the service and reviewed other services that he offered that will help maintain my unit as a whole. He didn’t rush me through the appointment and make sure all my questions were answered. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service of this company. It was a true blessing that I tried one more time and got Burks Heating & Cooling. I would definitely recommend this company with 100 stars if I could! Mr Burks is just awesome!!

Dario of Burks Heating and Cooling Solutions professionalism is refreshing. He is always responsive! He responded to my text right away on a Saturday night. He came out on a Sunday to check out my furnace issues and returned on Monday and got it up and running! I would highly recommend Burks! Dario is definitely my go to heating and cooling professional. My home warranty company hired Burk’s Heating and Cooling to service my boiler, which went out during a cold snap when temperatures were dropping to 13°. Dario did a fantastic job. The issue with our boiler was relatively simple, a bad thermocouple, but Dario also had to replace an attached part because the technician who serviced my boiler previously had put so much torque in when attaching the old thermocouple that it couldn’t be dislodged from the pilot assembly. Dario explained that there was no reason to tighten that part so much, since there isn’t a risk of a gas leak at that point in the line. He explained that it did have to be very tight where the pilot assembly attached, because in that spot there was a risk of a gas leak. Throughout the work, Dario was calm, friendly, answered questions, and also handled very gracefully the fact that I was in an extremely frustrated state due to our family having had no heat for two straight days, and to another company having canceled on me very unprofessionally after my sick toddler and the rest of my family had waited for them for a full day. It was a pleasure doing business with Dario, and I would happily hire Burk’s Heating and Cooling in the future.

Dario is the BEST. Answered the phone on a Sunday, and came out the Next day for us to do some maintenance and fill up the refrigerant for my ac unit outside. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly service. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.
