We are very pleased with the service from Larkin Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them. The service technicians are prompt, courteous and thorough. They are very knowledgeable and have given us good energy saving tips. The customer service reps we have spoken to on the phone are also very friendly and helpful.

Justin arrived promptly after being called on a Sunday, and was able to track down the replacement part early on Monday which was installed by the end of that day. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the repair. Pricing was very reasonable for diagnosis and part installation, would highly recommend Larkin!

I've had to call Rich on numerous occasions and he is always punctual, kind, and most importantly, competent. After fixing my heater and air conditioning units, he charged me less than I expected and the service was top notch. I was even out of locality and he worked with my tenants to get the job done meticulously. I can't endorse him enough!!
