Jim was the technician who came and serviced our unit. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Jim took his time in explaining the problem and the options to fix the matter. I appreciated his experience and wisdom. I felt like I could trust his judgement because he took his time in explaining the problems. I would recommend McCarthy Heating & Cooling and will be using them as my go to vendor for heating and cooling matters.

I had McCarthy Heating & Cooling install a new air conditioner in our house. Don and his colleague are the men behind the great work. They provided good advice on the AC brand to purchase for my project. They performed the work quickly and safely. They cleaned up perfectly and left the area better than they found it. McCarthy Heating & Cooling will be my HVAC company for now on.

The technician was very nice and courteous and arrived on time. He explained everything in concise language. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and once the furnace was working, allowed it to run, turn off, and then run again. He also explained the company’s policies and VIP program which ended up saving me money. I really appreciated his help and professionalism.

Had some problems with the fan's motor on the AC unit. Had 2 companies come and look at it. McCarthy Heating & Cooling was better by far. They showed up when they said they would, charged less, and replaced the motor on the same visit. Would highly recommend.

Ken was great! I saw him in my neighborhood and I had an appointment for the next morning. I've approached him since he was already there if he could check my A/C which was not cooling. He came over and fixed the problem by replacing the capacitor. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

My AC unit broke down at the beginning of a hot sunny Saturday.Called another company and they said the whole unit need to be changed. Called McCarthy Heating & Cooling to seek a second opinion and I was amazed that it could still be repaired.They saved me hundreds of bucks by and left it working better than I thought. Thumbs up!!
