We were So Very Pleased with the Services provided by Ralph’s.
They Replaced our Central Air Conditioning and were knowledgeable about what type would best suit our needs. Their proposal about the cost was spot on. The technicians were on time, professional and very respectful. We have used Ralph’s in the past and will continue to so. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent company you can trust!

I had an issue with my boiler on a Saturday night. Ralph’s customer service was responsive and fast. The HVAC tech (Matt) got to the location quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, gave outstanding service and the price was excellent.

For years, this reputable heating/plumbing service center has provided top notch service for many citizens of the greater Chicagoland metropolitan area.

My father was a longtime customer of it's service facility on Chicago' Southeast region.

On April 7th, due to a loss of heat in the home of my childhood, I called the dispatcher for Ralph's customer service department to request an appointment for service for the following week. However, we requested an earlier date due to concerns for safety of the use of our heating system. Without hesitation, a service technician was sent immediately, and arrived within 15 minutes. The technician, a Mr. Justin B., performed a thorough inspection, cleaning, emissions tests, and, needed service, insisting on safety first during all stages of the visit!

My father, Nathaniel Clark, Sr., passed away in 2018. The week he passed away, Ralph's Heating came out for an emergency service request, and, as always been consistent then, all the years prior, and, even this visit, exceptional service is the standard set by this service provider!

Called at 2 in the afternoon because my air handler motor was making odd noises. They were very pleasant on the phone when making arrangements. They called back to say they were on their way. A tech showed up in 20 minutes. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. The tech made a phone call to a peer to confirm his thoughts, which is great! The tech had the parts in his truck that were needed and completed the job. Two hours from start to finish. Great experience.

When my heater broke down I used Ralphs, as my Mother did when we had our family home. Big mistake. They sent an 80 year old guy who took 80 hours to fix the problem. And everyone knows they always charge by the hour. I would have been better off replacing the heater.

Over the holiday weekend during the heat wave, my central air conditioning went out! They came by the day after the holiday and spent a long time to get it to work. It didn't, so purchase a new one. Great price, excellent service, on time and professional installation! I cannot say how happy I am, will use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on!

GREAT! Fixed it instead of replacing it. 7000 bill avoided, 445 paid...do yourself a favor and get a Ralph's opinion! Another company, one with highest ratings, told me what was wrong and why I needed to replace not only furnace but A/C. But something seemed wrong to me. I think he just wasn't thinking thoroughly. Called Ralph's and they came quickly and saved me 6500, giving me an A/C coil cleaning for a fraction of the huge cost quoted by the other guys and fixing the other aspect (limit switch) that, after sorting through what the previous guys said, I suspected needed fixing. Time will tell whether it holds up but that's not under the technician's control--I could tell that he was thorough and he patiently and clearly explained everything to me so I knew his thinking was good and so I could make a good decision.

Great customer service. Real live person answers phone right away. Our service technician was courteous, informative and did a very thorough job while explaining along the way. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend!

They first told me that they would come between 1-4 pm. They called me again to tell me that the technician would be able to come earlier then planned. The technician was very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He even helped me setup my nest. He explained to me everything he was doing. Even the price I was given was below the amount of work that the technician did for me. They are now my go to for any AC problems I have.

I was referred to Ralph's Heating and Air Conditioning by another service provider located far, far away in the suburbs. The service was excellent! From the customer service interaction, to the timely response, to the expert knowledge shared by the technician (Carl), to addressing the urgent need at a very reasonable price. I'm now looking into their maintenance program and can be counted on to use their services and refer them to others.
