I called Super Alliance Man and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. The tech guy came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day. My ice maker is back working and I'm happy. Glad I decided on this company and good to know I supported a black business. Keep up the good work!!

Super appliance is the only company I plan on calling for all my repairs not only are they a black owned business but they are also very knowledgeable in the services they provide I spoke with Angel & Wayne who were absolutely fantastic very professional & my tech sid came in found the issue with my stove had the part on his truck & fixed it before he left they were great from beginning to end loyal customer from here on out.

NOPE. $65 show-up fee that doesn’t go towards the service, first hour of labor $165 … THEN you pay additional for any parts. For my washer, I could almost buy a new one. PS. I only need a loose hose reclamped.

We first met the SAM team when they came in to perform preventative maintenance on our HVAC system. From the start, Darrell was professional and thorough.

When we realized the time had come to replace our dated HVAC system, SAM was the first place we turned. They quickly provided a ballpark quote, later confirmed after a visit and complete assessment. Even better, service was quickly scheduled and completed.

We truly appreciate the responsiveness and great service SAM provides. It's terrific to have this connection to a top notch business.

I filed a claim with my warranty company due to my heat being out. They referred me to super appliance in which I called and scheduled a appointment.

When I called, the receptionist was really nice and she set me an appointment at their earliest convenience which was a reasonable date and time for me. They also kept me updated as to when and what times to expect the mechanic, all the way up to the moment he Arrived to my door.

Finally Pete the mechanic arrives to my home, checked my furnace and advised I needed another thermostat and informed me on a few other issues I had. He stated they will have to order another thermostat in which may take a day or two before It’s shipped to their office and then will have to schedule for another service appointment. I asked him nicely if he can please try and come out as soon as possible because me and my children have been sleeping in the cold without the furnace working.

Not even a hour later the mechanic calls me back and said he was in Home Depot purchasing another thermostat for me and Said he can fix my heat TODAY. I was so happy. As a man of his word he came back and had my heat going within minutes.

I couldn’t be more grateful. I thanked Pete Mckinney the mechanic a bunch of times. Me and my children are now warm thanks to Pete for going out of his way for us.

This company is awesome.

Super Appliance Man sent Darrel (sorry if i spelled that incorrectly!) out to evaluate my AC unit as it stopped blowing cold air without tripping my fuse box. Darrel was actually EARLY for our appointment and was one of the kindest technicians I have met. He did a thorough job and made sure to explain everything to me in detail and offer his best advice. He was honest and being a woman that lives alone I always feel taken advantage of with service requests and receive outrageous quotes. I did not feel that way at all with Darrel!!! Thank you so much!!

Working with Super Appliance Man was easy and, dare I say, pleasant! Good customer service is lost on many folks these days, but that is not the case here. I requested an HVAC evaluation on line, got a call within a few hours, scheduled the appointment for 2 days later (seriously, not 2 weeks, 2 days!) and the visit went off without a hitch. The scheduler was pleasant, JoAnn in customer service was great to work with AND called me to follow up and make sure everything was ok; and the technician was on time, professional and did not waste time. If we could get to a smaller window than 5 hours, that would be great, but it worked out. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend! I’m very thankful at how prompt and professional service was. From the nice lady on the phone to the service tech Sydney who came out and serviced my whirlpool refrigerator. I’m very please and if ever I need appliance repair I will be in touch! Sears had a longggg wait. Sydney came out same day. I’m so thankful.
