I had a great experience with Dykstra Home Services because of my contacts with Marsha in Customer Service and with Ryan the technician. This was my first dealing with Dykstra Home Services because of a prior service agreement with Carrier that had been transferred to Dykstra. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge in both the customer service aspect of my transferred contract and with the technical expertise that solved my issues without any problems.

Dykstra will be my first call for any future heating or cooling problems.

Todd was great from the moment he walked in the door. He is very friendly and his customer service was excellent.

Jan did a routine cleaning on our AC unit. He did find some issues that he took care of right away. He was very thorough and cleaned up the unit and took pride in his work. This was my first experience with Dykstra and Jan made a great impression.

Dykstra provided me with great service, the serviceman were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Showed my husband and I how to change the filter, how to operate and change the batteries in the Thermostat. Great place to do business with.

So after our A/C went out we gave them a buzz and had a serviceman at our door within 40 minutes! Very happy customer!

The technician (Yan) (sp?) has taken care of my A/C several times now and he's very professional, hard workers, arrives on time, knows what he's doing and makes sure things are okay before he leaves.
