The serviceman was friendly but professional. He was masked and practiced social distancing. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He answered questions and made suggestions. I was quite pleased with the service.

I love the professionalism that the technicians at four seasons heating and cooling provide. Recently had a furnace inspected. To me it seemed like nothing was wrong but once the technician went through, he explained to me in detail everything he was doing and explained why I should replace the igniter to my furnace. He showed me the old piece and explained to me the reason why I should get it replaced. Very friendly and professional. Definitely worth the investment for the ease of mind.

The tech came out to perform maintenance and did so competently. He also took it upon himself to repair a clog in my drainage system. I feared a big up sell. I’m happy to say that didn’t happen and a minor clog was removed. Tech was gracious and pleasant. I am a very pleased customer!!!

We were really pleased with our recent furnace repair. Received a text when our technician was on his way, and he called before he arrived. Took him about 45 minutes to fix the issue, which probably could have been avoided with regular maintenance. good to know! Repair was affordable and the technician was friendly. When the job was over, the office called us to ensure we were happy, which we thought was very nice. You can tell they take customer satisfaction to the next level.

Service was quick and painless. Luckily, the problem I experienced was able to be solved quickly. Technicians were courteous and on time.
