They were also particularly cautious when moving the old Furnace outside and bringing the new one inside. They cleaned and removed the boxes and pieces after the installation and never left a mess. Hello- I just wanted to briefly share an experience that I had with Keith at Premier. I called in on a Sunday trying to source a replacement pressure switch and I was totally stressed out. I called Premier and Keith immediately came to my assistance. Keith relieved my panic by instructing me over the phone to clear a dirty pressure switch and get my furnace up and running again on its own. I am so grateful to have worked with him and for his insight. With his volunteer effort, he saved me money and time with this fix . He showed me that he represents a company that truly cares about their cause and the people they service. I have to admit that I will be considering using Premier again in the future as I would encourage other people to do as well.

Joe came out to do a tune up on my furnace but found out it was not repairable… 22 years and time for a new one. He had to shut my furnace because the possibility of carbon monoxide into my home. Joe offered me heaters to use if need be but I had one to use..
Joe made a phone call … and the new furnace would be installed the next day!
I always try to use local businesses in my community and it pays to do so… They really care at Premier Comfort!!

Premier Comfort was flexible enough to provide same day service during cold weather to fix and perform maintenance to my furnace. Joe was knowledgeable and professional and explained everything I needed to know. I plan to use Premier Comfort for future services.
