Got a full furnace and ac system replaced in November. Keith gave me an excellent quote with several options, then a team of several guys had the replacement done in less than 8 hours. The price was great, the furnace worked great all winter (everything seems to have been balanced well), and everyone was tidy, friendly, and professional. I was impressed by every aspect of this experience and fully recommend them.

We have used Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling exclusively for the nearly six years we owned our home. Keith, Jason and the entire team have always been professional, responsive and reliable. It's not always easy to find reliable, trustworthy and competent providers for trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc, but Premier exceeds all possible expectations. We recently put our home on the market and after entering into a contract, the AC system decided it was done. Brutal news and not an expense we wanted to bear in selling a home. Keith and his team had been servicing the unit for many years and we knew the unit was nearly it's useful life. Keith gave us an honest assessment with various options, quoted an extremely fair price and his team got the job done efficiently. There are not enough superlatives to describe this company as they set the standard for how to run a business. They deserve 100 stars and I wouldn't use any other company, ever. Great job, guys. Jim and Jay did a great job installing a new Central AC and Furnace. Kieth the owner runs an honest business. Really tries to do the best for customers and provide the best value possible.

Best Experience I could have asked for. Keith and his team were amazing. Our AC went out 2 weeks before closing on the sale of the house. There was a lot of back and forth on replacement unit, quotes, dates, cost, etc, and Keith was always available for questions, worked with us, was flexible, provided great advice, did a good job, and was competitively priced. Had we not moved out of Illinois, we would have been customers for life based on this experience.

They are extremely sweet and respectful and so understanding and the professionalism we experienced with them was AMAZING! I had issues with an existing HVAC system and reached out for an estimate on installing a new Furnace, AC, thermostat, and Whole Home Humidifier. The sales process with Kieth was great. He answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all, in fact he advised against some upgrades that wouldn't have been worth the money. Come install day, Keith, Matt, and Jim were professional, on time, and quick. They did a fantastic job installing everything and even cleaned up some of the wiring and plumbing from the previous install.

One story I have to share is when I first moved into my house, 7 years ago. The temperature stated it was 53 degrees and it was close to midnight. Off of a recommendation from my family, I called Premier Comfort. Keith heard my 2.5 year old son in the background, and Keith said he'd come right away.

Keith is absolutely wonderful. He called ahead of time to ask if it would be OK if he comes a little EARLIER than the scheduled appointment time!!!! He was professional, engaging and very helpful.
He found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our heating and did not try to sell me any unnecessary upgrades or repairs.
In my experience, a lot of specialized contractors like plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians abuse the fact that their customers are not knowledgeable about their area of expertise and try to sell you things you don't need. NOT this company! They seem honest and truly driven to service their customers. I will definitely be a customer for life!
