I have used Carefree Comfort for years on our multi zone home that uses boiler/radiator and furnace fed forced air across two zones as well as space pak and forced air a/c. They’ve provided great maintenance and made recommendations for getting the longest life out of the equipment. This year we upgraded the a/c serving the 2nd and 3rd floors. It has performed well and made a big difference. They do good work, and do it when they say, and charge a fair price.

I called carefree because the furnace wouldn't go on some times. The technician was at the house in a couple hours. Excellent service, courteous, knowledgeable and decent prices. Sergio was EXCELLANT!!! I recommend Carefree 100%

The person that came out Sergio did an amazing job analyzing what the issue was. Dinged this company one star because I wanted a price quote and not servicing of the existing unit. We’ve used Carefree Comfort for years for all of our heating and AC needs. They are honest and trustworthy. They will work with you to find the best solution, not the most expensive solution. In addition to knowing all about our HVAC systems, their technicians are courteous and respectful and never leave a mess.

Used Carefree Comfort for the first time the week of Jan 20, 2021 on a referral from a neighbor who said they did good work for them. Our 16 year old water heater split and was leaking. I called a number of plumbers for assistance, but being a Sunday I had to leave a message. Carefree Comfort was the only company to reply. I received a quote over the phone which, based on my research, was a very reasonable price for a new 55 gallon gas water heater with installation. I set up a time for them to come out and they arrived within 5 minutes of the set arrival time. The lead worker, Sergio, was very professional and polite as was his assistant and they knew how to do their job. They wore COV-ID masks and were very careful about not making floors dirty in the house or hitting walls as they carried the water heater in. In a few hours the job was completed in a very professional manner. The quoted price was what I paid. I would use them again without question. Neighbors saw their truck and asked me about their service and I told them that i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have been dealing with Carefree Comfort for many years - for my air conditioning and heating needs. Recently, I started using them for plumbing issues. They're wonderful! They take the time to explain everything; they listen to your concerns. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. Their rates are reasonable, and I trust them to handle whatever situation comes their way. From speaking to people in the office, to the guys who come out to do the work - it has always been a good experience. They are very reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

I started to use Carefree in autumn of 2020 since the previous company I worked with had started to suggest cost improvements during every service visit.
Now, this service call was identifying issues with my furnace - and since it was still under warranty they helped me find a deal to replace it with the newest model. (but again, they did not want to talk me into additional air filters etc like the others tried).

I liked Carefree's professionalism during the service, then when consulting what the best way would be and also the installation of the new furnace went flawlessly!

Unlike other companies, during the maintenance they did not do that sales pitch (of whatever options you could install, replace etc) but really focused on the task to service the furnace and A/C.

The installation of the new furnace went well, the team was on time and did a good job.

I would recommend them and will continue to use them!
