On The Mark Heating and Air

It seems like it is so difficult to find an HVAC Service company who really 1) cares about its customers, 2) wants to do more than sell a job and 3) has a team of remarkable techs. With On the Mark, I have finally found all three.

My system was old, inefficient, loud, taped together and when it started going out again a couple weeks ago, I knew it was just time for an upgrade/complete replacement. I've had a few companies out to give me quotes, knowing the lingo and the right questions to ask because I work in the education side of the HVACR industry. I was so excited and refreshed to find Mark and his team!

From the ease of setting an appointment, to the consultation, to the install, On the Mark Heating and Cooling is doing EVERYTHING right. They take the time to listen to your concerns, ask questions and explain everything. They follow the right procedures, conduct a load calculation to ensure they are sizing your system properly. They work with you to find the solution that works best for you and your home.

Today was install day and my technicians Jack (and Carlos? Sorry if i got his name wrong!) were AMAZING! They explained everything they were doing, worked neatly and went over everything when they were done. They also did some beautiful work - tight lines, etc.

I had 2 Air Conditioners and 1 Furnace replaced. Mark went over my options and patiently answered all my questions. Jack and Carlos did the installation and both were professional and 2 of the hardest working guys I have seen, I was very impressed with their work ethic. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend to my friends and family. They did a great job and I know it was not easy considering one was in the attic and other one in the crawl. Glad I chose On the Mark!

They both are highly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My central a/c was not blowing cold. They were successful in diagnosing the issue and providing multiple options for repairs at reasonable prices. They explained everything in detail from start to finish. Their demeanor was also patient and respectful and did not make me feel like I needed to drop thousands of dollars for a new unit. Sharing my viewpoint of repairing the old instead of getting a new unit is commendable. They have the utmost integrity that is rare to find in a contractor. They’ve earned my trust, business, and highest recommendation!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team. His tech, Chris, was so knowledgeable, and I was amazed by his ability to break everything down barney style, without making you feel stupid. Not only was he extremely polite and professional, but his attention to detail was amazing. Their quality truly shows in their responsiveness, quick turnaround, expertise and dedication to doing a job right. 15/10 will be using Mark and his team for many years to come!

My AC wasn’t working on the first hot day of the season. I called Mark and he got me in right away. Him and his team came out and assessed the situation and provided me with the best possible solution. They scheduled me for a full system installation and the crew from on the mark came out and did a fast and professional installation of my new system. We just had On The Mark out for a service call. It was our first time using them and were very impressed. Our technician was Chris Bauer, and he was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC maintenance.

First of, On The Mark accommodated my request by sending Chris over for an unscheduled appointment. Chris inspected my AC unit that wasn't functioning and explained all the checks he was carrying out, and quickly fixed the issue. The price was reasonable and Chris proceeded to educate me throughout the process. It was refreshing to have someone explain what they were doing & why. I've used 4 different HVAC servicing firms and this was the best experience by far. I'll be using On The Mark again and highly recommend them.

Chris did an exceptional job from showing up on time to explaining what was going on with my system. He demonstrated his knowledge of all the workings and explained what needed to be done now and what can wait. He completed the work promptly and double-checked his work after he cleaned up.
