On The Mark Heating and Air

Our technician Jack was great! Our furnace started blowing cold air Tuesday night and within an hour of calling On The Mark, Jack was at our house and was able to fix our furnace very quickly. It is great to have a company available to help so quickly.

Eric Weber did a great job doing some much-needed maintenance and inspection of our 40-year-old furnace. We found Eric very friendly, customer focused, and made sure all our questions were answered. A very good customer experience!

I worked with Mark and Chris and honestly they made the whole process so easy! Chris came out to diagnose our A/C unit and found that we needed a knew one - he explained in detail what was wrong and other workarounds but ultimately we needed a new one. I worked with Mark to get a quote and he was so nice and the pricing was so much better than the other places we had received quotes from. Chris came the next day to install he was knowledgeable and so kind to us while setting up. Mark also had Chris setup our new thermostat while he was here. It was honestly such a pleasure working with this company. We really valued Chris for his honesty and kindness through the whole process. 10/10 will recommend to everyone we know!

I needed to get a quote to remove my A/C unit so I could do some concrete work in my patio, and then install it back. I called On The Mark and within a couple hours Mark showed up in my house to look at what needed to be done and provided a quote. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be done for this project so I could ask the right questions to other companies I was waiting to get an estimate from.

I decided to go with them, and I'm happy I did. Chris Bauer showed up on time to disconnect my unit, he was very professional and respectful. He also explained to me what he was going to do so I had an idea. Mark had offered to lend me a portable A/C unit to use while the main unit was disconnected, which turn out to be a great blessing since we had a heat wave that week with temperatures reaching 98° F!

Chris came back later in the week on time and installed the main unit back up.
