Lampert HVAC

Not recommended. Highly not recommended.
First time attempt. Contacted Lampert on April 13 for service call to repair outside AC unit. Local to me. Upfront, sold me an annual service plan at a charge of $49 to cover service calls for a year (presumably to cover coming out to diagnose/estimate). Download Premium Home Service app, get $50 coupon for first time customer. Scheduled for same day, 12-4pm. Great concept.
Waited 4 hours, no show. Called and service rolls over to someone who cannot speak English well. No problem with that, but he keeps repeating that they will come within 4 hour window and will call before. The rep can't understand they haven't Come within window, window past. Wait another hour, call again and a woman says the tech will contact me. Wait another hour, nothing. Call again and they reset my appt to next day, April 14 window 9-12. Again, no show, no contact. Called again after 12 and told tech must be delayed at another project. Told them I needed the tech to contact me with ETA, assured they would. 230 P.M. and still no tech, no communication..this isApril- can't imagine how bad the service and lack of responsiveness will be when summer kicks in or depths of winter. Seeking refund of annual service fee- disappointing and a waste of time.

I basically paid them to treat a symptom and not the core problem. It was a complete waste of money. Had a different company come check it out and they were able to determine the actual problem and fix it.

Great service! I had a few questions and they were able to answer them very quickly. The price was very reasonable considering the work they did.

Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with. We called them on a Sunday to check our AC unit which was making some strange noise. Kim the tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable, and did the work professionally. Will definitely call them again when I need anything related to our AC or furnace service!

Danny drove came to my home at 9 pm to fix my unit. He was so pleasant and got my unit fixed promptly and recommended a part so the problem does not happen again. His service was exceptional and the reason I've been with Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning for 40 years.
