Lampert HVAC

This was my first time using Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning and will use them again and again. Jack took genuine interest in the problem, my house and me. He answered all the questions I had, listened to my concerns and took full ownership of my AC issue, as if it was his own. He explained what he was doing, kept me updated, and offered advice on ongoing maintenance. I'm completely satisfied with the service delivered and will definitely use Jack again and recommend him and Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

Great and professional mechanics, always punctual and polite, did superior work on our AC and heat pump. They came back quickly to make an adjustment when one room was too cold and I haven't had any problems since. I cannot recommend them enough times. They are superstars!!

The technician arrived on time. After inspecting our non-functioning furnace, he explained the issue that needed his attention for him to order the parts and fix them. He was very understanding and patient with us. Highly recommend!!

I called Jack on a Saturday when our house was almost 100 degrees, and I was happy he accommodated my need and was at the house in less than 30 minutes, he inspected the issue and gave me a quote for far less than what I was expecting and I could tell he is very trustworthy. Very proficient, straight to work to identify problems. He found several areas where system was allowing air to escape, made corrections, added tape to seal unit and completed in time for me to keep my next scheduled appointment. Highly recommended.
