Great response time, good pricing and excellent service. Now I know who to call when I need HVAC service or replacement.

Our furnace was out on Saturday afternoon. I called and Eric, one of the owners was at our house in an hour. He got the furnace running but it needed some repairs. Parts were ordered and when they came in the service was completed the next day. Marco the tech that completed the repairs worked quickly, cleaned up the mes and was very polite. It was like he was never here and our furnace was running like new.

From the moment that we spoke with Eric, our encounter with COMFORTEMP company was very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options, to the installation of the furnace, then the follow-up by the tech, it was top notch. We bought this apartment and decide to replace the old furnace with new one, and decided at that time to continue with COMFORTEMP. Recently during the holiday season our heat stopped working.
Thankfully it didn't shutdown completely.

With the New Years weekend just beginning, ComforTemp was able to send someone out to determine the cause of loss of heat. Since it was the weekend and cost was extra, but reasonable. Their employee was on time for the appointment, was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the failure and solution and answered our questions.

The repair required ordering of parts and a second visit to finalize the repair. ComforTemp was very responsive and attentive to our heat issues and its' solution

First time using ComforTemp and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. We woke up with no heat on a Sunday morning. Katrina contact us within 45 minutes of our service request to schedule a appointment. Service Tech Marko arrived within the schedule appointment the following day. Marko got the heat up and running after running diagnostics. He also took the time check the limit switches. Since I had him performing the service it was worth replacing the limit switch extend the life of the unit. Marko did a great job explaining how my unit works and how to maintain it. I really value the service that I will sign up for a service contract for both my AC / Heating Unit with ComforTemp!

Eric and ComforTemp have earned all of my HVAC business. My heat went out early Christmas morning and Eric came to my home at 1:45am to fix the issue. We were having issues with our furnace when the weather was about to turn very cold. Eric came right away and got our old furnace running for long enough to replace our old furnace and air conditioner and not freeze. Tim and Brad installed our new furnace and air conditioner. ComforTemp offered great, friendly, and quick service to keep our house from freezing. They offered great financing options that can fit any budget. I'm hoping my with my new system I won't have to use them again any time soon, but if I need any work I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

This was our first time using ComforTemp and the service was outstanding! Our A/C went out and we spoke with Eric on the phone who was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave us an estimate and had a tech come out the next day to install a new unit! The tech Brad who installed our new unit was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. After 3 years of our furnace randomly shutting off, several heating contractors replacing assorted parts, cleaning, and servicing, and the problem continued nearly monthly. ComforTemp not only was prompt in scheduling and returning calls, but very customer service friendly and professional.
