I cannot say enough good things about P&P. From the first call with Erika, then a call back from Chuck(one of the owners), the process was very smooth. Had Chief/Bauer out the day before and spent $165 to basically try to sell me a furnace a/c combo at a price that was ridiculous. Chuck came out within an hour of calling him to give me a free quote. Had three options to go with with both companies, but I felt Chuck was honest about price on repair, replace Furnace, or replace both furnace a/c. Out four days later and I have a brand new furnace, a tuned up a/c and running like a charm. Everyone at this company is so nice. I will definitely recommend them. Their prices would be hard to beat! Very satisfied customer.

P&P came highly recommended from a trusted contractor and they did not disappoint. They installed a new compressor and a new air handler and so far we have been very happy with the results. At one point, a misunderstanding occurred and Kaula and Steve were quick to validate my communication needs and responded with a helpful compromise. The way they both handled it gave me confidence in this company and has earned them a loyal customer. Overall, they were great to communicate with, they were thorough and extremely considerate of my family’s needs.

Josh, Steve and Chase came and installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. They were highly professional, courteous and thorough with the work done. I couldn’t have been more happy with the all the work that was done. Thank you P&P Heating for a job well done!

My air conditioner quit last night and I called them in the morning. They called me back right away and got my AC fixed by the afternoon. Service was friendly, professional and affordable. He even took the time explain monthly/yearly maintenance , I will definitely use them from now on.

Been using P&P services for 17 years and been having a positive experience every time. Today they sold me and installed a new thermostat and quoted me a price. Afterwards, doing a little research, I found the same thermostat for a price the offered at first which was $40 cheaper. If you use this company, double check prices.

I have used P&P for about 10 years. P&P is excellent. I have had a service contract for the duration of the time. The service contract is well worth the money and peace of mind. I have an older furnace and air conditioning system. I have had major and minor problems. Loss of heat during the winter and loss of air conditioning during the summer. P&P has been able service my system the same day and has always had the parts on hand. P&P has been able to solve any problems I have had. The staff has all ways been professional. I am a very happy customer.

Noah serviced our furnace and Noah and Jerry replaced our duct work for our dryer. They were so kind, positive, professional, honest, and the cream of the crop of employees. Regretfully P&P were unsuccessful in their attempts. I had them install a new air conditioner and furnace in April/May of this year at $5900 and between May and August they have come back seven+ times to figure out why the air conditioner was not cooling my home. Despite setting the thermostat between 73 an 69 degrees the thermostat continued to read 80 to 83 degrees during the hottest part of the day. I added three fans in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. It might have been better if they tried to trouble shoot everything at once instead of numerous trips out. I am very concerned that it will not be fixed before the summer heat turns into fall and I won’t be using the air conditioner through the fall and winter. Steve the owner and his employees were very pleasant. One gentleman made suggestions like closing shades etc which helped minimally. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I am retired and live on a small fixed income. I am also worried the furnace won’t work this winter. I am very upset...I don’t know what to do.

Thank you very much for being able to send Craig right away. So good to have heat again! I was very frustrated not being able to find my credit card I had just used before he came. Found it finally after a half hour search—in my bathrobe pocket . I was still wearing my bathrobe when I called P and P to have the tech come out and quickly put my street clothes on, leaving the credit card in the bathrobe pocket! Will call first thing in the morning to give you my credit card number.

My father always taught me growing up to patronize local businesses, especially in small towns, and so I have always tried to do that. I'm very glad that we chose P&P Heating & Cooling here in Mahomet to try and fix our old air conditioner of 25 years and then install a new HVAC system. Every single employee (including the owner) that we dealt with was extremely friendly, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our new air conditioner is working great and we are very pleased. After talking to other friends who have had new HVAC's installed, I believe that we got a very good price. We wholeheartedly recommend them!
