I have done business with P&P for 42 years. It has always been good service, pricing and never trying to over sell. It's always just want you need.

P&P worked on my system when it went out. Same day service by incredibly knowledgeable technicians for an affordable price. There's nobody better in central Illinois.

One of the service men came to my house a few months ago to inspect my A/C. He removed a broken down part and said he was going to order me a new one. The new part was supposed to take about a week or so to come in and he said he'd call me when it did. Three or four weeks later I still hadn't heard from him so I called to see if it had come in yet. After explaining the situation to someone in the office, she said she'd pass the message along and someone would get back to me later that day or the next day. I never heard back from anybody there. It seems that they completely forgot about me...so I eventually just went to a different company.

I appreciated the fast friendly service. It’s wonderful to have ac again and the man who installed the thermostat was kind enough to show how to set the program. Thank you

We have a geothermal system. Another company tried (at our expense) to fix it about 3 times. After we gave up on them P & P got it right the first time. That was a year ago, and it has worked perfect since.

Service technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. My heater needed a part and they had the part ordered and installed in less than a week! They have great customer service!
