Let me say first that my furnace was giving me issues in 2018. I called three contractors for estimates on replacing the furnace. Two insisted I needed to replace the entire HVAC system. Only the Temperature Pro General Manager, Scott, told me there was only a minor issue with the furnace and no need to replace the entire system. He saved me thousands in unnecessary work. It was from that encounter that I contacted Temperature Pro when I was ready to replace the system this year. I worked with Scott to find the best HVAC system for my condo. He gave me several options that would be suitable. When I selected the system, I also added a humidifier and duct cleaning. The air ducts were cleaned the day before the installation. Andrew and Ryan arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The put down drop cloths and wore PPE, including shoe covers, during the installation. When they were ready to leave, they left the areas where they worked spotless. I’m very pleased with their professionalism and dedication in the installation process. The next day, Scott came out to inspect the work. He made some minor adjustments and explained the warranty information. He made sure I understood how to operate the new system and to just call them for repairs, if needed. I highly recommend Temperature Pro for your reasonably priced heating/cooling needs and their affordable maintenance plans.

Ryan was awesome diagnosing and fixing my a/c. He was very responsive and professional, I was very impressed with his knowledge.

I had a tech, Jeremy, come out for a service and inspection of my furnace. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and left me with the warm and fuzzy feeling that my furnace was in good hands. He stepped me through all of the signs of age and wear that my furnace was showing and alerted me of possible degradation. After, the inspection and cleaning of my furnace he stepped me through possible furnace replacements i could consider in the future if my furnace were to stop working. He broke down pricing structure and went through all pf the pros and cons of each choice. When Jeremy left, i felt more informed and very satisfied with the service. A+ would recommend.

Great service! I was able to get an appointment the same day. Jeremy was nice and knowledgeable. Was worried my 20+ year old furnace would need to be replaced but they were able to diagnose the source of the problem and got it running like new.

I recently needed my AC serviced I called temperature Pro the tecnician that came out (Kevin) was very knowledgeable he fixed the problem and was super honest with me about my system and the condition it was in. Everything he explained happened. Because he gave such an honest assessment of my system I used them to replace my AC and my furnace as both were in similar condition. Scott came out and helped me chose the rite system for my home. I could not be any more pleased with their work and care they took in replacing both systems they did a phenominal job. I highly recommend them for any repairs or replacement.

TemperaturePro is a great company. They were quick to come out and fix my heating problems. Great prices too. Tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, clean and all around great guy! I would definitely recommend TemperaturePro for all your heating and cooling needs.

This company ripped us off for $79.00
They charged an extra $79.00 to our debit card WITHOUT our authorization!
After we paid on the agreed amount.!
Don't use this ripoff company. Our technician Jeremy was very good and did a good job, no complaints about him. It was The Boss Scott who insisted we pay $79.00 more than the agreed price. His manner on the phone is very sarcastic and unprofessional.... Fraudulent business practices.

I recieved a call from the owner Jason today 12/31/19, he apologised to me for what occurred. And he assured me that they wouldn't charge us the $79.00 dollars, that I didn't authorize and any fee for the second service call we made later the same night of the incident. (We came home later that night to a home filled with gas fumes), That's why we called them back out).
Thank you Jason for your understanding and customer service. I suggested to him that he hire more employees like Jeremy, who was very courteous and helpful on both service calls after working over 12 hrs. That day. We appreciate him as well.
As for Scott, the manager, my advice is to treat customers like you care, and be professional in your manner. That way you might keep your customers. Thank you again Jason for your attention in this matter. R.W.
