First off, THEY ROCK!!! Brian serviced the old unit at my house and got it working but also suggested we look into a new unit, explained all and pointed us in the right direction. Dawn at the office, great personal experience just over phone, and really that's where the experience starts, in any service really.. And Chris who actually did the install was awesome, before he even entered the house he put the the traps and prep the house, from there on it was smooth, helped with a few things and answered all the questions, showed me a few things I never knew and even cleaned up a couple things from previous install the previous owners had done. Thank you to everyone at Best, I am so happy I found a company and people out here that take the time to explain, walk you through and help make the right decision.. Thank You all again.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Best Heating & Cooling. Hottest day of the year and my air went out. I have breathing issues so having air conditioning on hot days is crucial to my health. The owner Jason not only scheduled my appointment, but came to do the work himself. He was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and personable. He explained exactly what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. The pricing was well below any other company I contacted. He was even so kind as to clean everything up after the job was finished. If you're in need of heating or a/c work and want excellent service, very reasonable prices and respectful employees then this is the company to go with. I would recommend Best Heating & Cooling to anyone and will go with them in the future!

Well these guys are truly the best!!! I have a newborn baby and our heat went out on a Sunday night. I called 4 other heating contractors That said they offer 24-hour service and they didn't even answer the phone!!! when I called best Heating and cooling they answered it on the second ring and the lady was very pleasant to work with. Within another 45 minutes they had a technician out to my house. Matt was able to fix it right on the spot. I am definitely going to tell all my friends about this company. Thanks again to everybody that helped us on this cold Sunday night!!!

Last winter my boiler main pipe broke. I had a few heating companies come out and Jason with Best formerly Update heating was one of them. Jason came by they next day gave me the best estimate. I decided to go with Update heating. They removed my old boiler and installed a new high efficiency boiler in a very fast and professional manner. I would recommend Best for your heating and cooling needs.

Jason and his employees are the best. It can be troublesome to find a company with a trustworthy work ethic. We found Best Heating and Cooling Inc. to be just that. They are respectful, honest and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. We also found his prices to be very reasonable. Just give them a call you won't be sorry!
