We had Fritch come out when we turned on our central air conditioning unit this year and didn’t have cool air blowing. We thought it was refrigerant that was needed, but it turned out to only need the coils cleaned! Our unit is very old and we hadn’t had it serviced since we moved in 5 years ago, so you can imagine my relief when the technician tested the unit after cleaning the coils and it was cold! Fast forward a week after using the unit after the coils were cleaned and my unit had a very disturbing crackling noise and smoke was billowing from the unit. I called Fritch back and explained what happened and honestly I thought the unit was shot because of the age; however, Fritch came out, did NOT charge the service fee for returning, even though the issue was not their fault, but a failed capacitor. I paid for the part and labor to install. Fritch is a company I would highly recommend. They are professional and reliable and will not try to sell you things you don’t need! Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. While Furnace and AC are not cheap to fix, Fritch will not overcharge for the work they perform. If I could give them 10 stars here, I would. I had called in regard to my AC. It was not working properly. The inside of my house was 83° 😩 The next available time slot for an evaluation was the day after but they called me about an hour after to ask if they stop by since of the guys was in the area. He diagnosed correctly and got it fixed on the spot 🤩 Our family really appreciate their quick action and care for their customers 🙌🏽

My mom lives in Peoria Heights and uses Fritch for her heating and cooling. After her thermostat and furnace stopped working a few weeks ago, they came out and did some work to fix the trouble. Some of it was under warranty, but not all of it, so my mom paid the bill for the charges.
About a week later, her furnace stopped working again, and they returned. Upon further inspection, they discovered that they had misdiagnosed it the first time. They refunded her all that she had paid previously, apologized for their mistake, and did the necessary repairs, even crediting her some money back on the (significantly lower) bill for the new work.
It all seems to be working well now, and she's very impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend! Thank you, Fritch, for taking good care of my mom.

Thank you Nick for coming to our home mulitple times for our installation of new furance and air conditioner in unfavorable conditions. You were not the only member of Fritch that came to our home, but you stood out the most in the services provided. You were incredibly professional, friendly, respectful for our children and animals, tidy, and efficient. I also appreciated you taking the time to answer and explain anything related to the work you did.

We lost our furnace (Bryant 90 plus secondary heat exchanger) on a Thursday night. I called Fritch (based on reviews) at 7:15 am the next day. Joseph came out by 9:30 to give a quote on replacing everything. His assessment was honest and did he did not try to up-sell us on anything. The techs were friendly and did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. Everything was explained upon completion. The gentlemen that dropped off the new furnace took extra care not to damage anything taking the supplies down to the basement. Overall an excellent experience!

Ray is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, explained things to my satisfaction and suggested some tips with lowering my heating costs. That obviously I wasn’t aware of. I received very professional service I would 💯 recommend Ray to anyone having their seasonal maintenance.

Called fritch from the Caribbean to fix furnace for my tenant. Handled the same day invoiced and completed transactions without a hiccup. Happy tenant and all is well that ends well. Thanks to the tech that showed up and was quick efficient and honest.

Had new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed in December 2022. Competitive pricing for size and quality of units and installers did a good clean job.
