They are the only heating and cooling people we will use. Very professional, dependable, and reasonable priced. The installers are very nice and explained things as they worked on our furnace so we understood exactly what was going on.

Called them out to fix my furnace and the igniter they put in burnt out after three days. After the initial $330 to replace it and it only lasting for three days, they wouldn’t come out to replace the faulty one they put in without charging us full price again. Used Trouble Free the second time and they replaced it and told us that if something goes wrong with the part they will come back out to fix it on warranty. Don’t use this place, use Trouble Free. This place is a rip off.

Today I had Dave and Michael from Fritch Heating and Cooling come and install an entire HVAC system in my apartment.
They were both very polite and professional, they knew what they were doing and did a great job with the new system install.
They both have a great sense of humor and work very well together.
I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new home or apartment HVAC system that you call Fritch Heating and Cooling and ask for Dave and Michael.

Very Impressed with Fritch Heating & Cooling. Needed 20yr central air unit replaced because of refrigerant leak. Cost of repair was prohibitive - more practical to replace. Was also considering replacing furnace because of age . Fritch consultant came out - gave honest and practical recommendations. Found the furnace sound and not in need of replacement. Appreciated the honesty and decided to go with central air replacement only. Installers were exceptional. They kept me informed during process...and paid attention to detail. Their cost was competitive and of course manufacture's 10 year warranty on parts was standard.....but it was Fritch's 5 year labor warranty that was particularity impressive. Unmatched in the area. Would highly recommend.

Met our high expectations with ease from beginning to end. Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Top caliber union employees with exceptional skills. Showed respect for our property (put runners down); communicated with us about all aspects of their work; were efficient (only 1 day to complete the entire removal and install); explained and set up our new wifi thermostat (we love it!) and the new units in detail. Answered all questions with ease. Took care of all rebate, warranties and donation of our old units. The office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Joseph, the salesperson has top notch knowledge of the Lennox brand. It's simple, if you want the best.....hire Fritch!!

Roof mounted Commercial Furnace and A/C quit working, one contracor came and looked at it messed with it a while then told me it would be over $9,000 as ot had to be replaced, then had the audacity to charge me $840 for the service call. One of Fritch's servicemen(I think it's Gary) came out repaired the damage the first contractor had done got a new circuit board and got the unit running again for all for $500. Great company!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I purchase a blower in Dec. of 2013 and my tenants just told me that the blower is out. I called Fritch and they told me that there's only a year warranty. I asked did they give me a used blower because blowers usually last for years. They tell me that blowers go out at any time, i asked for the manufacturer name and the model number of the blower in inquire about a replacement, Fritch couldn't provide me with no information, which makes me think that this is an old blower or one that was malfunctioning at first. I asked can someone come look at it, Fritch tells me that is will be 32.00 FOR JUST THE DRIVE FROM THE COMPANY TO THE PROPERTY'S FRONT DOOR and 98.00 an hour with a minimum of half an hour. I think this is so unfair to pay over 300.00 two Dec. ago and NOW have to pay again for a faulty product, regardless of the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE OTHERS IN THE CITY THAT ARE MORE HONORABLE!!!!

When we called to make the appointment the woman who answered the phone was very rude. We went against our instinct and scheduled with them anyway since the previous owner of our home had them service the furnace for years.
I let them know I work out of town and would have someone meet them at my house while I was away. They gave us a window between 12-330pm. I finally got a hold of them at 315 and they told me they needed to reschedule. The woman argued with me stating it had been pouring all day and they couldn't look at our air conditioner.....
We had called to have them look at the FURNACE, not the air conditioner... AND the rain had only started at 3. It was sunny and fairly balmy until then. We were told we could reschedule after 330... for a fee..
There disgusting lack of respect is something that will not be over looked. We will be taking all future business elsewhere.

Here in Illinois we get some hot n humid summers. Been running about 90 for days now. Our air conditioning unit went out. We reached out to Fritch Heating & Cooling within minutes we had an appointment set. Our technician was out at 8 am as agreed. He worked on our old Lennox 1989 unit trying save it for us. The compressor was shot. They immediately went into action, getting a salesman on it. A quote was given , we made our choice to install Lennox EL16XC1 air conditioner. By golly they had a crew out here the next day... Saturday basically at 24 hours later installing our new ac. The install technicians were excactly on time! They took just a few minutes to review an explain before jumping into action. Once completed they cleaned their work areas. Went thru the handful questions we had. They were here at 8 am and it was hot already it is now same day 3:45 and our home is cooling right down. You can barely here the unit running so quiet!!!

I had them come out to repair my furnace . First tech said blower motor was bad . It wasnt bad .he replaced it then he said board was. Bad. He replaced it it worked 5 min. B4 it fried the wires and quit I paid over 400 on the spot then they billed me another 400 . Didnt fix anything . Tech apparently dont know what hes doing . I'm not paying for a service that wasnt done pr repaired . It like going to get a pm service on ur car and them not touching it and saying it's done. Bad business. If Its not removed from collections I'll see u in court .
