Have used this company for air condition heating these for over 20 years.
Last year our air conditioner went out during the hottest period of the summer. We had to have the air-conditioning (and furnace) replaced. Their personable crew stayed past usual working hours to make certain we had air conditioning which we so appreciated.

I called on Scott and his team because, as a designer renovating my own basement, I knew that they would listen to and respect my project from an aesthetic perspective, while also providing the best solution from an air-quality perspective. They were able to move the furnace, add a heat pump, and install brand new exposed ducts in the future living spaces, in the most gorgeous way possible. We had great communication, the crew was talented and respectful, and everyone went above and beyond for my project! We're still finishing out the space, but I love the look of the exposed ducts, and we have never felt more comfortable in our house!

Throughout the whole process, from the initial consultation through final installation, Quality HVAC was professional, transparent, and flexible to our needs. They supplied us with appropriate options in their estimate and also detailed enough information on the units for us to research on our own too! I've used Quality HVAC a couple times in the past few years to service my air conditioner when it stopped working. From the office personnel to repair staff, everyone is always responsive and friendly and they really do their best to get to you as soon as possible. Professional installation of Heat Pump and AC unit. On time, professional and polite. Made repairs and installed Heat pump and AC unit. Protected my new floor with pads and removed old units and cleaned everything. Also beat the competition in price and quality of units. I would recommend Quality Heating and Air! We chose Quality HVAC to install our geothermal system in our new post frame construction home, not only based on price, but on the system design Scott drew up for the structure. His knowledge of structural engineering was reassuring and impressive. Installation has been completed for about a month. The air flow and balance of temperature in the home is pretty good especially for the design of the structure. Scott did not try to sell us upgrades and additional equipment we did not need. We appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Lisa was very helpful with the paperwork for filing tax credits and rebates which was also very appreciated. When issues arose, they were good about keeping us updated which was very appreciated. When I needed to call, I was always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner.

My office HVAC system failed over the weekend and it was relatively new and installed by a different contractor. We had repeated issues with the system and problems with the previous contractor. I contacted Quality for a 2nd opinion on the issues. They promptly came out and fixed the problem. In addition, they explained how for I can prevent future issues. They were extremely professional and explained everything so well. I would highly recommend them and I wish they had been my original contractors. I am now moving my maintenance services to their company.
