They are very responsive to my needs and have great employees; Neil is awesome and very skilled in his kraft. You were here to install the AC unit as soon as possible because of health problems of my mother. I really appreciated them working us in because in due to her breathing problems. You did an excellent job. You were very efficient and cleaned up your mess i am so pleased with the work that was done and will use this company again in the future. Quality HVAC just did my regular inspection for housing and neighborhood development. They did a great job, were on time, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Faster service than other providers in the area. We needed a new furnace and they were here within an hour installing!! Great price and follow-up. Definitely our go-to for HVAC.

Quality has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner since we purchased this house. They discovered our air conditioner leaked Freon and were able to track down the source of the leak. We've never had another problem. Furnace has always worked great.

My wife and I just purchased our first home outside of town and shortly after had issues with our heating and cooling. We tried to use the home warranty and the contractor they sent us immediately wanted to remove the whole system. Lucky for me I called Quality HVAC for a second opinion and they came out quickly diagnosed/fixed the issue. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone in the Bloomington area.

I called and spoke with Scott at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. He explained the procedure that he and his workers would follow...masks on, period. I liked that right off the bat. Then I told him I’d done a bit of research on the brand he would install..American Standard, and that I wanted a “proven workhorse “ that was perhaps not the highest efficiency model but rather something that would provide excellent reliability. He worked up a couple of sets and let me choose. We went over pros and cons and I selected the set which he then had installed. Workmen were efficient, prompt and cleaned the area after they were finished. Thank you Quality Heating and Cooling... job well done!! Chuck T

I highly recommend Quality HVAC, Bloomington, IN. I have been a customer for years. Quality really does provide quality products and service. I recently had a heat pump replaced at my home. The pricing was competitive. The techs were experienced, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. I will definitely use Quality again in the future.
