"Doc" Dancer did a fantastic job all the way around. Dale got us up to speed on the best options for our home during the quote process, Kristi made financing super easy, and Fritz & Rick were professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions during the install. We're very happy with our new system.

Everyone was courteous and professional. They were helpful in every way, communicated everything my husband needed to know. The installation went smoothly and was done in a timely fashion. We are very pleased. It's all new, so time will tell as to the working aspects of the new equipment. We would certainly recommend this company from our experience so far. I'm doing the feedback because my husband, Greg Goldsberry, doesn't mess with the computer. lol

It’s not often you find good customer service, but when you do it makes all the difference! My heater was not working and I had no clue why. They had a same day appointment and Daniel, the on-site technician, was awesome! He explained the issue and how it could be fixed. Made sure we had heat over the weekend until the parts came in. As soon as they got them, he was back and had them installed so we were good to go. He was fantastic and explained everything. I can’t thank Daniel enough and truly appreciate his help! Would definitely recommend Doc Dancer and Daniel! Exceptional service!

We've used Doc Dancer ever since we bought our house in 2000. They did the original installation of the furnace & AC years before. Always a pleasant experience. Today we had our annual A/C check-up and Jason did an excellent, thorough job - as usual with all the technicians at Doc Dancer. I watched through the dining room window while he did his work. He explained a couple of things we hadn't thought of that were very helpful. 22 years later we needed a new system. Installation by Fritz & Luke was quick and very pleasant.

Working with Chris from Doc Dancer was probably the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company. His communication about his arrival time was very much appreciated, he worked quick and efficiently, and he offered some very sound advice. There wasn't any hard sales push when we clearly didn't need it - which is a breath of fresh air in this industry.

We just moved into a new house this year, which means it's a gamble of when we need to get HVAC items fixed or replaced. We are most likely going to need to seriously look into getting a new and updated system within the next 6 - 8 months - and I won't even be calling anyone but Chris at Doc Dancer. Thank you for making this weekend problem go away quickly.
