Hired Legacy to replace our propane furnace, duct work, furance and water heater flues to the roof, and a new air conditioner. It was a big and complex job because of how everything was arranged when the house was built.
We had a difficult situation with our setup and multiple issues. We got 10 different quotes from businesses and I felt Legacy gave the most honest quote for the work that needed done. I also felt they had solid ideas and had the best plan for our house. Just about everyone who came to give a quote was confused of why our ducting setup was ever done how it was, and Legacy had the most confidence out of everyone.
They redid our flues correctly, which meant cutting into a wall, but others were not going to do that...and they brought the pipes up to current building codes.
Ducting needed redone, and they understood our tight room situation and took the extra effort to position the ducting so we had more room.
Installers are very personable, professional, and easy to talk with. They did a great job and cleaned the work debris well.
The furnace brand they offered, of course I did my research, I felt would be a long lasting furnace with normal up keep.
New furnace has been running great and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. I no longer fear for my life when I change a filter 😁. Thanks!

The Legacy team did an excellent job of diagnosing my furnace issue. Their correct diagnosis saved me hundreds of dollars. Steve had someone at my home the night of my call and Karl and Jeff did a great job of getting me up and going. I highly recommend Legacy for your heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you Steve, Karl and Jeff! You are now my provider of choice.

I’m having furnace problems on a furnace they installed a few years ago. I called to set up an appt for them to come fix it, but the receptionist was so rude when I called that I didn’t set anything up with them. I wanted to use them because of my warranty, but not worth it!

If i could give them ZERO stars I would! Been with these people since 1987 and had Sean do all my service over the years. Unfortunately, found out they were using after market products, price gouging, and not performing the necessary maintenance. Thank goodness I got a second opinion but shocked that I had been a loyal customer all these years and trusted Sean only to find out they didn't share the same respect! I will NEVER use this company again! It would take an entire page to give all the details but do your homework and always get a second opinion no matter how long you have been with a company.

Secretary couldn't be any more rude!!!!!
When asked why I was being charged for a service call after only having my new furnace for 11 months and supposed to get free servicing for 1 year.....she says "well you were charged for a "trip and diagnostics fee"
Really lady!!!!?? Sure sounds like another name for a service call!!
Go ahead and send me your $79 bill. I'll pay it ...but that's the last dime you get out of me!!!
Installation was terrible too. Run in the wrong place, hole in my bathroom floor, screws all over the basement floor, carpet and wood pieces left everywhere when cuting in the other run, water heater shut off and not even the courtesy of turning it back on........but I already told the president about this. His response was to give me 2 extra years of free service calls. Ya right, except they find some way to charge you
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I'M DONE WITH THEM!!

They were pretty helpful. And had a professional application, that left the customer happy! The final application of the thermostat, with less than three feet of stat wire to run, in my opinion , being a journeyman electrician, and having already bought the thermostat, was way overly priced. But I respect you guys as a business, and thank you

I had to call legacy on multiple occasions. Within a month I had to replace a lot of parts on my furnace with 1 of the parts needing replaced twice by them in a month when it shouldve been a new part to begin with. It may have just been coincidence but I personally would not recommend them. The majority of the technicians that came to my house were rude and not very helpful by communicating any info to myself. Like I said I had to call them multiple times and everytime they'd tell me 1 thing was wrong then send someone else out and they'd tell me it was something else so it was kind of a nightmare for this first time homeowner. I originally called them because they were close to home. Guess now I wish I wouldve done more of my own research

They went above and beyond my expectations. My AC wasn't working, so they sent out a technician almost immediately. It turns out my unit needed a new compressor, and it wasn't worth repairing due to its very old age. So I decided to buy a new unit. They didn't try to upsell me any expensive units, only what I actually needed. Shortly after my new AC was installed, it wasn't working well. They sent out a technician that same day and found the evaporator coil has already failed. I was expecting to wait another week or so for the part, but I was surprised when they said they could have it out that night! No charge due to the warranty. Now I have ice cold air. You guys were amazing!
