The crew arrived in the morning and worked diligently through out the day. They were very professional when talking to with them. They answered and explained any questions that we had. We are ecstatic that they completed their job and cleaned up their work area in one day! The main thing is that with the heat wave coming in tomorrow they took care of the air conditioning! We will definitely recommend Johnson Heating and Air to anyone in need of repairs.

Bob came and did the annual AC tuneup and cleaning. He’s very knowledgeable and checked out all of my concerns. He also had a trainee with him and showed him how to do everything properly from washing down the outdoor part of the AC to wearing booties in the house.

They were very thorough with explaining the unit we purchased and the space where they put the new unit looks 100% better than it did before they arrived. Definitely a happy new customer.

Bob, from Johnson Heating and Cooling came to our home after we called for service regarding our air conditioning. He came in and just a few minutes he new what the problem was, fixed the air conditioner in a very timely manner. Was very impressed with his service. Back in 2019 Johnson replaced my furnace and has been my go to company ever since. Great customer service and anyone that has come out to the house has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They just replaced my AC unit as well and did a great job.

Our technician Jesse, was very professional and quick with installing the new water heater. Came and checked the problem and promptly replaced our water heater. From less than 8 hours from my call of needing it repaired. Can't say enough how great they were throughout this process. Highly recommend

I've used Johnson many times and never been disappointed. Recently I had an issue on a Saturday afternoon with my water heater and they were going to come out that day to look at it. The repair guy called me and asked for a picture and immediately knew what needed to be done and said it would be a warranty job. I was scheduled for first thing Monday morning and they came out on time and finished quickly. All the mess cleaned up and were very communicative. I'll continue to use them any time I can in the future! Thank you!

I like dealing with Johnson Heating, and Denis did an excellent job. However, like all services companies today there pricing is ridiculous. To fix a simple leaking shower faucet, taking less than an hour, their cost makes no sense. The problem is, everyone has the same crazy pricing. At least Johnson does great work.

I had a clog somewhere in the plumbing and called Johnson Heating and Cooling since I’ve already got a contract with them. They came out quickly, but the person tried only twice with a snake to unclog it and claimed he was unable to get it. The worst part is I still got charged the $89 service fee for them to do nothing!! I called the manager to voice my concern and he stated that he reviewed the notes and was satisfied with what his plumber had done. Not only will I not contact them again for an issue, I will not be renewing my contract with them either.

I called Mr. Plumber and they were able to get it almost immediately. Additionally they ran a camera to see if there was any part collapse as well as went into the crawl space. All for the same price as the service fee.
