From start to finish using Johnson heating, cooling and plumbing was a great experience. They were quick to respond and schedule. Rick and his team worked diligently to find our leak and explained everything in the process. Really sets ones mind at ease knowing that they're on it. The team were very professional and friendly. Zero mess or fuss. Will be using them for all my plumbing and heating needs from now on. Highly recommend using them!

These are the specific complaints I have about Johnson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. I paid for a year long service last year, and it lapsed in October. Included in that service is, supposedly, 2 free checkups throughout the year, and is around $400 among getting a priority status. I never even used their service, and yes it is my fault for not calling, but a few years ago, they actually called ME saying that they still had services not rendered, and I thought that was awesome! But last year, no such service. $400 wasted. My AC went out and was charged full price accordingly. Other issues ensued, but I got that hashed out with them on this particular visit. No need to bring it up. That being said, a capacitor went out, and a contractor friend of mine said it was around a $60 part, but charged $530 for the service. I had my wife ask for a detailed invoice, but was told they do not give it. Why? Because I was charged $500 an hour. He was done in 25 minutes. $500 an hour. My lawyer doesn't cost that much. I know it's probably an industry standard price, but 25 mins of work isn't worth that. Do yourselves a favor and learn how to change an AC capacitor, I will be. I seem to always get hosed with anything dealing with contractors. I'm done. I will not be calling Johnson's again. Not worth the money.

We were sitting on the patio of the house we literally just moved into and the spigot came out of the back of the house and water was pouring out every where and going into the crawl space too, I made phone calls to other plumbers as this was an emergency! Johnson came through and saved the day, they were out in less than 30 minutes and fixed the leak. The plumber was very thorough, friendly and professional, I can't tell you how grateful we were to be taken care of in such a timely manner! Thank you so much Johnson, we appreciate the way we were treated and quick response to our emergency.
