Would 100% recommend Perfect Climate. Braden was our service tech and he was amazing! One of the air conditioners in our restaurant had went out and he was able to check it out within a couple hours. He had us up and going by the end of the day. Service was fantastic and he went above and beyond to get us going again. Thank you!!

Perfect Climate Solutions installed a 3 Zone Mini Split last year and I was supper impressed with their ability to get me on the schedule quickly, they performed their work meticulously and fast. And I wasn't able to find a fault in any of it! However this year when it started to get warm and time for AC we were not getting any air. I contacted them afterhours and dealt with the after hour scheduling and that was super convenient!!!! They sent Braden to our home super quick and he was INCREDIBLE! We have a new puppy that got in his way a time or two, he explained the service my units need in terms that made since, and offered my yearly plans and explained the benefits of each one. I am super impressed with the way this business carries themselves. You hear nightmares from companies however if you are a customer that is considering using Perfect Climate Solutions read some of these reviews and feel at ease while they get your air in order!

Outstanding professionals from start to finish. From scheduling to the actual work and cleanup performed, I was so happy I chose them. Customer service seems like a lost art most of time these days, but not with Perfect Climate Solutions. We’ve needed work done before and it was a pretty urgent situation. They were there the same day! Superior business! I would highly recommend them!

We've been using PCS for several years now. Very honest company. Avery is our usual servicer and he his fantastic! Takes his time to make sure he gets the job done to above par.

Response time to repair was great however upon delivery they required payment on site. With no bill or invoice available also with no warning that they required payment upfront when making the appointment. No other comparable company does business this way. We are not first time customers either. Informing them I would be in the office the next day to pay and them calling less than 24 hours later because they were so worried about getting their money right then. Send a bill or provide an invoice. Post your requirements on your website or inform your customers of this first. Be professional. Because of the urgency to get their money that fast we will not use their services again. We just do not do business that way. If your that concerned about your money then we will take our business elsewhere.

Garrett, the serviceman, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain many questions. The company followed up with us within 24 hours to make sure we were satisfied and everything was running smoothly.

Very professional. They showed up on time, there were no surprises and really did top notch work. I love the new Bosch unit they installed, air quality game changer for us.
