PCS gave us great pricing comparisons for the new heat pump. Total removal, installation and cleanup were exceptional. Technicians Trevor and Travis are highly skilled and qualified in their work.
They even rerouted some return ductwork to give us more storage space in the basement. Pat came to check on us throughout
the day to verify everything was going well and working properly.
We couldn't ask for a better experience than with PCS!

Perfect Climate Solutions came to our rescue when our old AC unit gave out just a few days before the holiday weekend. They replaced our unit on a Friday afternoon (on the hottest day of the year so far) and I'm so grateful. I'm sure our new air conditioner will be much more efficient than our old one, too. My AC quit on Father's Day. (Sunday night)
I found PCS online and read their reviews, as I'm new to the area and didn't know who to use.
I texted, and was surprised to get a response right away. (again, Sunday night)
Pat called me right away, I didn't feel it was an "emergency", so Pat said someone would be out 1st thing in the morning.
Trevor called me to let me know he was on his way. Fixed my problem in no time at all, and left me a detailed voicemail as to what he fixed, and an approximate price.
The whole experience could not have been more pleasant or professional.
Pat and Trevor are both outstanding people to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use again myself for future needs....

They worked very hard to make sure our broken furnace got replaced that day before the temperature was going to drop below zero. Trevor and all of the employees were very nice. Pat the owner was very friendly as well. It was snowing, their van got stuck on the way to our house, and still got our furnace replaced that day. Also, they took care of the Vectren rebate for us. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services in the future!

I have used PCS on multiple occasions in the past 2 years. They installed our HVAC in our new house, do a spring and fall service contract, installed a wall heat and cool unit in my garage, and recently completed entire duct clean and installed an advanced filtration system. We rely on PCS for our needs. It's worked out very well and reasonably priced.
