I will never in my life purchase a rheem product again, and if you are reading these reviews to get an idea of a product to buy, stay away from rheem. Not only will you get a poorly made product, you will also have a hard time getting your parts even if it’s under warranty. I purchased a 40 gallon water heater, and just after the one year mark, the gas valve went bad. It took a week to receive the part. A water heater should last at least 15 years if properly installed and taken care of. Very disappointed, I should have been given a new water heater. So next time I will either go with Bradford and white, or maybe lochnivar if I want to spend a little more. I guess spending more for a better product and better service is well worth it.

2 month old defective water heater. Filed the issue on 12/8 still not resolved. Poor customer service. The representatives do not know how to perform their job. Rheem is not fulfilling their part of their issue

I can't say anything good or bad about their technical skills, but when I called the office this morning asking for them to have someone move a red pickup truck on a 1way road to the parking lot 100ft away, NOTHING happened.
30 minutes later the trash truck did a yard job to get around them.

Attention to details is what makes customers truly happy!

TERRIBLE company. I ordered a part for it to be shipped overnight (paid the extra $ for it)-and it was not. Worse, the customer service and "help desk" were of NO help at all & could not help me. They were glad to accept my $ though. DO NOT USE.

Rheem builds some the best HVAC equipment in the world, as a owner and installer of Rheem equipment I highly recommend Rheem
