We had a great experience with VanKleef Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped working and VanKleef was able to promptly come out and get the unit running properly. Both the lady in the office and the technician sent to our house were friendly and professional. The technician (John) explained everything he was doing, what he found, and our options to resolve the issue. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Power surge from last night's storm messed up our AC and it stopped blowing cold air. I called this morning at 7am and he was here at 1pm (as promised) and fixed it straight away. Super nice guy, explained what happened and what to do if we had another surge like that. Great price as well! Highly recommend, and will do business with again!
Wyatt is highly professional. He is so knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem quickly and remedied immediately. Apparently we were low on freon. He charged our system and was in and out in 45 minutes. The ac is working great now in our office. Thank you Certified Comfort! Thank you Wyatt!
This company is the absolute worst and I will be telling everyone I know and then some not to use them as they will rip you off. You get what you pay for here. They are cheaper than the other companies and we found out the hard way why. We spent our entire savings pre covid to have a new furnace and air conditioner put in by them as it was considerably cheaper and the owner at the time seemed like a good guy. Not even a month later the air conditioner stops working and they tell us a part was recalled and they had to install a different one. Well fast forward to a month later when the heat had to be on and the furnace they just installed does not work. We then have to call them every month sometimes twice a month to fix our furnace for about 6 months. The weather got down to 10 degrees with snow coming down, my house was 39 degrees by the time they got here and the guy they send to fix the furnace now says he can't fix it because the wiring is bad. And that they don't check wiring they just install furnaces. So you mean to tell me that the you would just install a furnace to anything when that could lead to a fire? We then pay 964 dollars for an electrician to install a new wire for the furnace for the furnace to still not work. The "Manager" we had been working said originally if the wire issue did not fix it they would pay me back for the electrician but then got it working again later that day so we left it alone. It's now not even a month later and here I am in my 50 degree house, no heat. And the 24/7 emergency services never returned my call. We called about every 5 minutes starting at 950pm until we gave up at almost 12am and have heard nothing. The "Manager" knows we have pets that could die because of the cold and they have a technician who lives supposedly down the street from me but they still have not answered our calls. This company ripped us off and they installed units that won't work longer than a month and this is all still under warranty. We haven't even had this furnace for a year and yet we've been cut off from heat multiple times with no one seeming to care. If you value your time and money, do not go to them. Use anyone else. We have lost multiple work days and have been sick from the freezing temperatures because of the work they did. The better business bureau needs to look into their licenses and staff as this should not be okay.
It's been exactly a week and the heat is out again! Jesse is the rudest person I've dealt with there and now he will only send someone in an hour or 2 when we don't have heat! I asked why it shut off after 10 days and he said why was it working for days. And litterally said what do you expect me to do fix it over the phone. I litterally expect the thousands of dollars we put into installing this unit that it would actually work!!!!
Wyatt and Phil were on time, courteous and professional. They took their time to check our two systems and I was happy to learn that because I had an extended service contract with them I got a discounted price on the supplies I need for a repair!
The owner took my call and took time to explain the issue with my a/c unit. He was knowledgeable and interested in fixing the problem as inexpensively as possible. The service man who came to our house the next day was also kind and did the job efficiently. He also took time to talk to us as well. I highly recommend this company if you have any heating or air needs.
Wyatt and his team installed a 2-stage Varaible speed York air conditioner and furnace system in my home. Wyatt said I would save on my energy costs and he was right. My cooling bills are averaging $175 a month for a 3800 Sq Ft Home. His team was professional their service was excellent and I have nothing to worry about with my 10 year parts and labor warranty that came with the system. If you are looking for great value I would recommend Certified Comfort.
Wyatt and Philip came out immediately to check my A/C, within ~ 15 minutes of my call! They quickly diagnosed the problem & had my A/C blasting full force again :). We have a new A/C unit thanks to Certified Comfort. We cannot be happier with the service and expertise, and these guys went far beyond the call of duty in working to get everything corrected for us. We ran into a problem with the old equipment, and Wyatt and Justin came up with a smart and economical solution to a problem that was not entirely their responsibility. These guys really know what they are doing and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

John from VanKleef showed up as scheduled and on time to review my situation. He took the time to look at the E-coil and access the problem. I was wrong about the coil but right about the company to call to solve the problem. John did a great job diagnosing the problem, communicating and explaining the issue, and most importantly fixing the problem. Thank you John and thank you VanKleef for a fast, professional and reasonably priced solution to my cooling problem.
