Family Heating & Air Conditioning

Our company furnace wasn't getting power. I called family heating and air, and their technician Jacob showed up within 2 hrs of the phone call and had the furnace up and running in 30min. Much appreciated!

Tyler quickly addressed the issue right before the winter storm temperatures dropped. Friendly and polite. When he was finished and ready to leave, I was changing a garage lightbulb and he offered to climb the ladder and change it for me.

Would highly recommend…The duct cleaning and install team were kind, helpful, and got the job done quickly and did it in a very clean way my house is spotless where they worked.

Our system failed over the weekend and then started working again after 20 hours. We asked for an evaluation/diagnostic because we wanted to be sure a larger problem wasn't brewing.

Jacob, the technician, listened well, was thorough and advised us of our options after doing his diagnostics and taking time to reflect on our situation.

It is clear that he has extensive experience and knowledge as well as being very professional in the way he worked with us.

I had my AC serviced today Juan did a great job. He was detailed and explained a few things to me. I have always been very pleased with this family owned business. My system is 6 years old and I have not had any trouble. A+

I had my furnace serviced today and could not be happier.
Matt was the service technician and he did a great job not only on the servicing of the furnace but also on explaining what he was doing and making some recommendations for settings on our thermostat.
He was very could at explaining things and making me feel very comfortable with the questions I was asking.

I continue to sing the praises of this company, Matt a technician was out again today for routine maintenance and as always he was very courteous, pleasant , and competent. I have my furnace and Air serviced twice a year and have never had a problem. with the furnace .

We've been with another service provider for the HVAC at our charity's animal rescue facility, but have had some dissatisfaction, so we contacted Family. Jacob and Christian were out to diagnose our issues and were friendly, professional, thorough and patient. We decided to replace the furnace instead of sinking $900 into it, given its age, and Family is scheduled to install the new unit next week. So far, so good with Family, and we're looking forward to a successful installation of our new unit.

Tyler provided excellent customer service, not only prior to HVAC system installation, but after as well. He is always immediately responsive whenever contacted and continues to provide excellent customer care. He definitely goes above and beyond to make your concerns feel relevant, no matter how big or small. He represents the epitome of what “Family” Heating and Air stands for in making customers feel like family. I have had great customer service from the office as well. I would highly recommend this company.
