Great to work with. Staff on the phone and in person were respectful and easy to work with and understand. We needed both a/c and heater replaced. They were able to do it next day and was able to do it in a price we could afford

Daniel and Daryl provided great service. They installed my furnace and HVAC all in one day. It was snowing and cold and they both did an excellent job. They both are professional and very kind. I had an issue with AC not working the day before a holiday weekend, they were here within 45 minutes. Professional, educational, very kind and I signed up for the maintenance plan.

Daryl was excellent. Very friendly and arrived EARLY to the appointment. He diagnosed and fixed my AC issue quickly and accurately. I HIGHLY recommend Airy Time Heating and Cooling. A+.

After other system issues, I decided to replace my AC and Furnace in November 2022. The team came out, presented me with multiple options, and then came out next day to replace. They did a very professional job, the system they suggested is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Last year I was getting 200+ gallons of propane delivered every 5 weeks to my house from November to March at about $800 a delivery. This year I got 100 gallons delivered in December and have not had another delivery! The efficiency and cost savings are unbelievable and the system will pay for itself in a few years. Also, they are proactive on scheduling the included service on the system. They call me to schedule the appointment, which is great as I would never remember :)
Daryl was awesome! Came out same day and got me up in running in no time. Quickly diagnosed the issue, determined fix, and took care of it. He was very friendly, professional, and I really appreciated him explaining to me the problem and how the system should work and how it was prohibiting it. Will definitely use them again

We were referred to Airy Time Heating & Cooling through our home warranty company. The technician, Troy, called and arrived as scheduled. We wanted our HVAC unit to be inspected since we have an older home and had just moved in. Troy gave me honest and helpful advice and information about our units. Our unit is approaching its expected life span, and instead of trying to just sell me a new unit, he gave me the honest opinion on maintaining the unit and gave recommendations for future service plans. He was very knowledgeable and definitely experienced in his job. What made this experience excellent was that I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't yet need like I had with past companies. You can tell they are in the business to do honest work and it shows through their customer service. Would 100% recommend and I know who to call when we need service for our HVAC.

Buddy was our tech. His report caused my claim to be denied because they chose to labelled the issue a manufacturer defect.
Airy Time was assigned by my home warranty and I wish they would’ve gotten me someone different and professional.

Buddy said it was some wires melted on to the compressor but I have no doubt they use this same “diagnostic” to get warranties to deny claims and they can offer you their $12,000-$15,000 HVAC systems.
He told me he was 90% sure the compressor was out and had to be replaced but he would come back the next day due to time and weather. Well Nobody showed during the appointment time, and when I called to find out why, I was told they had no time for me that day and they would schedule me for Monday. Well Monday came around and nobody showed up, I called and was told the appointment was cancelled by my home warranty due to the claim being closed as a manufacturers defect. But NOBODY called to let me know.

I called Rachel today asking her for a copy of MY diagnostic and she refused to send me a copy. She then told me she was not paid to do things I was asking her to do like deal with the warranty company. But all I asked was for her to send me a copy of my diagnostic.

Very rude lady and very very unprofessional techs. They leave the job without it being done, give wrong diagnostics, and do not show up to appointments.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Troy and Daniel did an excellent job with the installation and made the process seamless, easy, and with minimum disruption. They were professional and their work was top-quality. Recommend 100% A+ rating.

Daryl was very punctual, knowledgeable and gave us great advice to maintain our systems working as they should. Definitely would recommend!
