I had one bigger company from Louisville come out to my house and try to sell me a new heating system. I then called New Albany Heating and Air based on my father in law's recommendation. They came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem and saved me from spending a couple grand on a new system. When I do need a new HVAC system, New Albany Heating and Air will be my first call. It pays to be honest. I highly recommend this company!

I had ANOTHER great experience with the folks at NAHA! They always show up on time, communicate clearly about HVAC issues and give me understandable options/recommendations. Great staff - great company!

Ike was the service professional that came to the house. He was fantastic. We had another HVAC company come before New Albany Heating and Air and they told us the repair was going way over $1000.00. Ike took his time and repaired the issue, and the cost was nowhere close to the $1000.00. So thankful that we called New Albany Heating and Air. One reason I called them is because about 1 month ago they did work for my sister and save her from installing a whole new unit. New Albany Heating and Air took the time to find the issue and fix it.

Here’s one of those companies who had made such a difference in our lives that a review is a must.
After paying $500, $700 & $900 electric bills last winter and STILL freezing our buns off, with a new baby to boot, we knew we had to do something, anything to make this winter better. Tom Drexler came to us 3/4 times and each time we got a different diagnosis and a possible course of action with a big price tag but never a positive result.
I called NAHAC and was greeted by a very polite and knowledgeable customer service woman whom I think felt so bad for how we had been treated that she sent a technician the next morning.
He came on time and saw multiple issues and FIXED them. He didn’t come back and tell me, “this is broken” “that needs to be replaced” he just DID it. His report made more sense than all of the Tom Drexler techs combined.
Now thanks to him we are paying reasonable electric bills, and our son can play in his own home without being bundled up like he’s going out.
A warm home is truly a blessing and we are so grateful to New Albany Heating and Air for helping us to make that happen!

In January 2018 we had to have a heating system in the early morning hours installed. My husband has known the Owners of New Albany Heating and Air for many years and our normal tech Chris was away and they were very busy with the weather being so cold outside. Needless to say we had to call another company for a quick install because of my elderly grandparents and mother living with us. Elite was able to come out approximately 6 hours later and do the install. We have bought their yearly service agreement to keep our equipment/warranty properly running. Today I came home to find my A/C out, called Elite to only find out that my yearly plan expired May 21st and was told that without a service agreement that I would have to wait until tomorrow or later when someone would be available because their Customers that have service agreement with them are "Priority". Chris, Lamar and John are the best at New Albany Heating and Air, Chris was at my house within 45 minutes of my call had my unit working and was out of here. Way cheaper than the $240 Elite was going to charge me just to come look at the unit (by the way still has a Warranty on parts for 10 more years) and Elite said he couldn't find my warranty in the system and those ungrateful people are the ones who registered it after the install. Bottom line is I will freeze to death or suffer a heat stroke before I ever call another company besides New Albany Heating and Air! You guys truly have the best technicians and care about your customers.

We have used their services for several years for multiple sites. Chris from their team is the best.
I am always sure that the job will be well done if he is the one. This business is blessed and lucky to have someone like him to be part of their operations team.
He is accommodating and bends backwards to help his customers. Their office staff is pleasant and helpful.

The group at New Albany Heating & Air are awesome. I can't say enough good things about them.The entire process was smooth from quoting to paying my bill. They arrived on-time and cleaned up after themselves. Price was better then others when you concider the service received. I have rental property and switching our service over to them. I have dealt with several companies and they are the best by far.

They installed our system a few years back and I confess we got some other companies to service the units now and then. But the other guys charged too much, did less-than-satisfactory work, and pushed their expensive "service contracts". So, this time, with our AC not working correctly, I searched and was pleasantly surprised to see they are still in business. A promise from them for next-day service and by golly the service man was here next day! Diagnosed and fixed the issued quickly, doing a couple little extras to make it run even better. Great, personable, attentive service person who obviously knows his stuff. Thanks New Albany Heating and Air!

My furnace wouldn't ignite so I called New Albany Heating and air. They came here within 2 hours. The technician just happened to have the parts to repair my furnace. He didn't have to go and get parts saving a lot of time. Also being it is very cold out today and my house around 52 degrees inside. He was done in 30 minutes and my furnace is working like new. I am completely satisfied with the service. They are somewhat cheaper than big name companies. Definitely consider using them if you need your furnace or A/C serviced. I definitely will use them again in the future.

After receiving 5 quotes to replace our 23 year old air conditioner and furnace we ended up going with New Albany Heating & Air Conditioning. Their quote was extremely competitive, they were very professional and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend you make them your first call!
