Completely overpriced and never fixed our issue !!! Had them come out New years eve charged us almost 200 dollars for less then 20 minutes and said it was just a dirty sensor, quit working 4 days later took 3 service men and over 8 days of waiting for the part we needed and no heat still did not have my part so I had to hire someone else that was able to get part within 15 hrs and put part on and fixed our issue !!! Never ever use this company they are incompetent and do not even care

We have a new construction home build but decided to get a contract with a reputable company to service our furnace, AC, water heater yearly. It was during their inspection that we found out Affordable Heating installed the cheapest unit possible for both ac and furnace and they installed a 14 seer vs 16 seer unit that our contract stated we were to get. They came out and "fixed" it after a wait of about 3 months. Yesterday, when the other reliable company came out to do the furnace inspection, they found many things AGAIN. Affordable Heating should've put in a 16 seer AC unit but instead, they did a work around to probably save themselves money. The way it was described to me was they swapped out the carburetor but not the engine to "achieve" being 16 seer but that is a lot different from an actual 16 seer AC. They also didn't clean up after they did their supposed swap of our AC b/c there was white plastic shavings all over our finished basement. This also coincides with all of the white shavings the other company cleaned up in the unit that they left there. Sounds like that could've caused damage if those shavings got sucked into the system. So now we wait again to find out what will happen next b/c per our contract, we were to get an ACTUAL 16 seer AC unit but right now, as it sits, it's not.

Ok so I had you guys come out to my house in Hiawatha and your service was amazing!!! The people i worked with were nice, timely, honest, dedicated, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done and right. If anything I give this service overall an all perfect if not more.

I went and bought a ignitor for my furnace last week, it came in a new box so i did not think to open it at the store. When I came home and opened it to install it was broken in small peices. I called the store right away, the lady said i had to talk to this guy and he would call me back. After three hours i called them back and i got the same message. I was not very happy and had to leave for work, and it was about 20 deg in our house for 2 days. So my wife ended up calling them back about 4 hours later and she got the same run around. It has been a week now and im stuck with a $50 ignitor that is broken, i ended up going somewhere else to get a new one. I will never use their services again and reccomend no one else do also.

Not only did it take them 72 hours to get us a quote when they initially said they'd have it for us the same day but then they just gave us the total cost of the project. When we asked for an itemized quote, Brad Murray got offensive and said it was unnecessary. As a consumer, how do I know what I'm paying for if they won't itemize their costs? If they can't itemize the quote, how did they come up with the price? RED FLAG! We bolted.

2 replace furnace draft fan. Cost fan150.00. Was abt 45 min of work..I wouldn't let them on my property again. Guess I should have checked around. Iam 75 year's old on a fixed income . 100% disable. Screw the OLD PEOPLE. SHAME ON UU AFFORDABLE.. HELL😣😣😣NO STARS JUST A RIP OFF.

They don't know what they are doing. Service is terrible. Stay away from them. From the time I first contacted them, it took 6 months to repair our mini-split system. They kinked the drain line on this system when it was installed causing water to leak all over the floor.

Brennan and Grant came over yesterday to work on our AC unit. Brennan explained what he was doing and why, we did have a small issue, Brennan explained what would be needed to fix it, he explained that I could wait but it wasn't a good idea. I'm glad I had the option to make the choice, and not have some one just do it. Thanks again Brennan and Grant!!!!!

Is there a way to rate zero stars? This company takes money from homeowners for work completed, but does not pay their subcontractors. Laughable excuses that they have provided as to why my check has not been received.
