I called they sent somebody over in a half an hour.That was so helpful. Thank you. The service tech was professional, knowledgeable, completed task at hand very quickly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thank God I found this company.

Our AC went out Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and left a message with the answering service. Travis called me back right away and was here after his 1st appt. By 12:45 our AC was working again. I was very happy with his professionalism and the service he provided.

I usually dont write reviews good or bad.But i feel this needs to be brought to attention. I live 45 minutes away from Council Bluffs I could not find anyone to clean my vents and ducts that needed Cleaned BAD!! So i got on the internet and went down the list of businesses in Omaha and CB and no one would come this far. I finally got a hold of Jane at Aire Serv Council Bluffs ill say she is the nicest person i have probably talked to on the business end of things with out meeting her in person. I probably kept her on the phone for 30 minutes She could answer all my questions i had and was easy to talk to.Thanks Jane

They showed up on time in the AM. Did a walk-through and went through everything they're going to be doing and answered any of my questions. They got Right to Work wasting no time. Even though they had another house in town right after mine and then a 45 minute drive back to Council Bluffs. I did not feel like they were rushing mine or skipping any steps at all and would sometimes even hit the Ducts twice to make sure that they got it cleaned out 100%.

Great service, very professional. We just had them intall a new heat pump/ac unit and the entire experience was great. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't make the job easy with several complications but there were no complaints and they made it work. Josh, Zach and Kelly were all fantastic to work with. Thank you!

Justin was sent out on a Sunday to help us. I have no doubt that we ruined his day off but he never showed that. He called me after being dispatched and let me know what time to expect him and he arrived as he said he would. He was very courteous, quickly found the problems, and got our home heated back up. Emergency hours pricing was way better than other places I called as well.

Justin was fantastic! Got here within 2 hours on a late afternoon when our furnace died and the weather was about to get much colder. Great service, worked fast, very knowledgeable.
