Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, AC, Rooter & Electrical

This company goes above and beyond! The employees have been professional and down to earth. We homeschool so my oldest is very interested in any kind of engineering or science. The men at Bob Hamilton were willing to take the time to not only talk to my son like an adult but actually spend time teaching him how things work. One employee named Landon even took time to draw diagrams of how things worked so we understood what was going on. This company is exceptional. Their prices are a little high, but it is worth it for people who really know what they are doing and care about their customers.

Dustin and Jeff installed a new ac unit. They were professional and did a great job. The company overall was professional and very responsive. They came out quickly and had no issues

Representative showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I appreciated his taking the time to explain to me what may have to b done in the future, without being pushy. He made sure everything appeared to be working before he left.

We were having a main drain issue, we had tried using products to resolve the issue ourselves but nothing worked. We called Bob Hamilton and the very next day they were here and our problem was fixed. We are so relieved to have this issue fixed. The man who came out was very professional & helpful. I cannot forget to mention how economic their pricing is as well. We will for sure be using Bob Hamilton again if any other issues acure.

I had both of my toilets and showers leaking into a crawl space. All of my plumbing was original to the house from the 1960's - LOTS of cast iron. The plumbing was also all going uphill. Scott Johnson at Bob Hamilton replaced all of the cast iron with PVC, fixed all of the leaks, corrected the grading downhill, stabilized the pipes, and provided a warranty. He was professional, personable, and did an overall great job. I would recommend Scott to anyone who needs a great plumber.

Fast response within 45 minutes of the service call. The service men quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected it efficiently and cleanly in less than 30 minutes. They were very informative and answered all my questions regarding the repair.

Elderly father-in-law was taken advantage of. I contacted management and was told they would reach out and rectify the situation. This did not happen. 2 hours of work and $200 materials. He was charged $1300. Do not use this company for your own sake. My opinion is they lied and cheated.

No one wants to deal with backed up pipe lines, but when you do I highly reccomend using Bob Hamilton. J.R. was fast and efficient-like the goal for the pipes he fixed. He even walked us through how to get whopping 15 ft of new sewer pipe laid.I am pretty sure the crew that laid the pipe was Jaun and the Other Juan.. shout out to those guys for their hard work. Once the job was done we had some risidual blockage that J.R cleared for us the same day with the finesse that only a Bob Hamilton Plumber could possess. Thank you J.R and Bob Hamilton for a job well done!

Aiden, plumbing technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was incredibly helpful. Kyle, electrician, is brilliant! He tackled an ominous job with flying colors. So personable, and helpful! Knew exactly what to do and how it should be done.

Terrible. Called to have my furnace/AC serviced and a plumbing assessment. Got a $15,000 estimate and no "work" for almost $200. A simple leak under the sink they couldn't figure out - or didn't want to. They want to sell you everything new, not service what you have. I would NEVER recommend this group.
