We were having trouble with our heat pump system and had to call them out a few times to check the system. Every time, the technicians were courteous, professional, and never made me feel like I put them out by calling them back out again.

Summit Heating and Cooling is such a great company. We had just moved into our house when the AC went out, and as the furnace was 16 years old we decided to replace them both. We got several bids, and Summit was about $1000 lower than the others. They were able to come out quickly to discuss what we needed and able to install it the next business day. The guys that came out (Tristan, Yino, and Aaron) were on-time, incredibly polite and professional, and did a fantastic job. They covered the wood floors and carpeting with protective cloth, were conscientious about closing the screen door every time they walked through, swept up every last trace of their work, and were done a couple of hours ahead of their initial estimate. After the install, they thoroughly walked me through details of both the furnace and the AC unit, explained the new filter I wasn't familiar with and how to gently hose off the air conditioner if it became coated in pollen or cottonwood fluff. I really appreciated how willing they were to explain things, as I am not at all familiar with anything related to HVAC. The install looks great - everything is perfectly done. And all three workers were simply some of the nicest guys I've met. I'll also add that Victor was incredibly helpful with explaining our choices for different furnaces and air conditioners, and also was willing to answer dozens of questions. He was very patient and didn't try to upsell or pressure us in any way. Summit also set an appointment for the next day to double check that everything is working as it should. I could not be happier with the service we received. A new furnace and AC is a large investment, and I'm extremely happy we went with Summit. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Summit Heating & Cooling. Mike gave us a great estimate on what we needed done. He walked us through the payment process, which was extremely easy to navigate. Nick and Javier did a fantastic job installing everything and explaining to us, step-by-step, how to operate our new systems. Justin came out the next day to inspect everything that was installed. We appreciated having a second set of eyes to double check the work that was done. I have not heard of companies doing that before and it really is a comfort to know the company fully guarantees the proper installation and maintenance of the work done. Every single person involved in the project was friendly, respectful and answered all our questions. And a huge thank you to those working in the office who took care of all the paperwork and scheduling involved. You all are VERY much appreciated!

It was time to replace my old system with a new AC unit so I called Summit. They got me an appointment right away, and the next day Victor came out and looked over my old one and gave me some options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all of my questions. We set up an install date and they worked with my schedule to make it happen. They sent 3 technicians to get the old one removed and the new one installed all in one day! Mike, Dillon, and Nate were fantastic, professional, and efficient. They did a super job. I’m extremely pleased with the work, and the decision to call Summit. If you are needing any heating or cooling work done, call Summit, I highly recommend them!

We called Summit as our go to company about a banging hotwater heater fan. Lane Goucher arrived on time to diagnose the problem. Obviously, the easiest solution was schedule a fan or even hotwater heater replacement and go from there, but he explored deeper and found the gas pipe had fallen from its hanger in our 100 year old home and was laying on another pipe and iron cross beam making the rattle. An easy solution was propping the pipe back up for the base fee and an enjoyable visit with our new friend Lane who was quite fun to talk to. Thanks Summit and Lane!

By far the best company I've ever used. Exceptional quality, communication, service, speed, and more. I tell everyone how amazing these guy's are on every level. Mike who came out to give us a quote and tell us what we need for our house. The installers for doing such a great job removing all of the old equipment, installing the new equipment. It looks super clean and very professional. They left the HVAC area spotless way cleaner than it was before. They then had Justin from their quality department come out and do an inspection to make sure it's working properly and fix any existing issues with the new system. He walked through the new thermostat and water heater settings. I will always be a lifelong customer of Summit.

Air conditioning and heating units were installed yesterday by two professional young men. They respected my family and our home. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Justin came this morning as scheduled to assess yesterday's work. He was thorough and encouraged my questions.
