Each time they gave me a quick quote and each time they were the best priced in Wichita. Each new HVAC install they went out of their way with advice and possible "Needed" upgrades. They didn't push anything on me that wasn't needed. Luke was always available to answer questions and even entertained my under educated questions about different unit types or upgrades. Fenix Heating & Cooling installed a new Lenix AC and Heating unit for me and I am very pleased with every aspect of their service. Luke Parthemer was awesome in helping navigate the options of what would work best for us, and was flexible in both meeting with us and in explaining and creating an installation timeline. There was no pressure in the sale, the service technicians were also very nice, entertaining my questions as they removed the old units and installed the new ones. I had heard of Fenix because several friends had new systems installed by the company. These three references spoke very highly of Fenix, and the entire process experienced (from estimate to installation).
Cory was eager to help from the first time I contacted him. From the minute that we met and discussed my needs, I could tell that Fenix was going to be my new company going forward.
After promptly getting the quotes from Cory, I had a bunch more questions. He was extremely helpful, and patiently answered every question I had. Some of these questions came at the last minute, but Cory was always happy to take the time to answer everything.
Chris and Eric were the professionals that installed our system (a third person joined later for a time). These guys couldn't have been any better.
To start off, I was concerned about our wood floors upstairs and the mess that would happen from the installation. When the guys got here, they brought brand new drop cloths. EVERY area they walked was dropped with fresh drop cloths. The level of care taken was exceptional.
Every step of the way they kept me informed on what was going on. When issues came up (like a mess the electrician who did my house created), the guys brought it to my attention. They asked for approval before doing anything. This was beyond impressive. Most companies don't care.
In deciding to keep my existing humidifier, the guys discussed placement with me. I hesitated to put the unit on the side because it might be in the way. They found a way to get it on the return in a place that I preferred. And they made the suggestion of putting it on the box so that if it has to be replaced at some point, I won't have a bigger hole in the return that has to be patched. I didn't know about these options, but Chris and Eric were happy to take the time to discuss the options and then come up with the best solution for us. This is beyond excellent service.
The level of detail these guys put into their work is obvious. They didn't even take a lunch break. The job is long, and they could have shortened their time by not being as careful, and not being meticulous. It is clear they were perfectionists, and wanted this job done right. That is incredible. No company seems to do this anymore.
The guys took a lot of time to show us how to use the new thermostat. They explained the features, how it works, etc. This was great because I didn't even have to look at the manual. I understood how to use it and set it before they left.
Finally, I truly figured I was going to have hours of cleanup to do in the room where the unit was installed. When the guys were done and asked me to come take a look, I couldn't believe what I saw. EVERYTHING had been cleaned to the point that I didn't have to do anything! Even the counter that I have in the room was wiped down and cleaned. I had NOTHING to do when Fenix left my house. I couldn't believe it. The floor was cleaned to the point that I simply didn't have to do anything.
I just cannot stress enough how happy we are with Fenix. Cory was amazing during the entire process. And Chris and Eric deserve a big raise--they could NOT have been better.
Every time I need to have a company do work in my house, I dread it. There is always a problem. Something goes wrong, and it creates problems. With Fenix, we were given EVERYTHING that was promised. And then some. If every company operated like Fenix, I would be thrilled.

Fenix installed our last Lenox heating and air system over 25 years ago and was very reliable. Had them install a new Lenox system due failure of compressor due to age. They sent out 2 technicians and completed the install in one day. So for I am very happy with the new system and am looking forward to the energy savings.
Through our Home Warranty Co. a new AC/Heatpump system installed Mid-September 2019 by another local company. 40 days later & time to use the heatpump & it doesn't work. The other company refused to come back and see what the issue was. Home Warranty Co left it to me to find a contractor to diagnose the issue. Contacted another HA Co & they pushed me off to try and "work it out" with original Contractor. Contacted Fenix, told them of my issue, they sent a Tech out, "Greg" & in an hour had determined that 2 wires were not jumpered correctly nor was the Thermostat itself set up correctly. Took him about an hour to correct. Extremely happy with the service I received & will continue to use them in the future.
The crew showed up when scheduled and the installation of the new system went off well. They were friendly and the work progressed as indicated which only took one day. They cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor I have had. Only one item was missed per the agreement but was resolved immediately. I would recommended them to anyone in the Wichita area.
We only use Fenix for our personal home as well as our rental properties. They are professional and provide great quality and value. They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone.
Jake arrived to inspect issues with our AC unit. He was very courteous, friendly & informative. At first he thought the issue could be low charge. He was very thorough in his inspection to find the problem. Answering our questions along the way. He was here until he found the root of the problem & immediately called in to have issue addressed.
