Ashland Furnace Co

Our heat went out 2 days ago and we called Ashland Furnace who put our furnace in to fix it and they never called me back and the receptionist there was very rude! They put the furnace in 6 years ago and it literally quit working 2 months later. It would then go bad every winter after that and we were told it was freezing up this whole time. I then called back to ask about what time they were coming and I was told if I haven't received a phone call, they are not coming. I was also told since I have at least 1 unit working, we would be last priority on their list. I ended up having Polar Bear work on it and they fixed it the very next day and fixed the problem which it was clogged and not froze up as Ashland Furnace was telling us.

The very best and nicest people i have ever done business with. They came to my home and repaired my furnace and kept me from losing days of work. I appreciate and recomend their high standards to anyone. Thank you Ashland Furnace
