Ryan was awesome! He knew his job and didn't care to answer any questions I had. Fixed my unit in no time and had us back running! Great place to do business with and recommend them highly.

I called and I was given the next morning for an appointment. Then they really nice girl. That was the receptionist said hang on. Let me see what I can do and then she messaged me back and said they can come on out today and in less than an hour and a half he was there, fixing my air, super professional, great work, and a price I could afford! I’ve used them before, and was so pleased and my landlord was too! I send everybody to them!

The entire process of replacing our AC system was quick and seamless. The technicians were very professional and courteous, and did a great job of installing the units and cleaning up after themselves. They also made sure to answer any questions to make sure we were comfortable with the new AC units.

Our downstairs furnance was over 22 years old and just stopped working. My husband called Kentucky Climate Control, because they had done the downstairs A/C unit last summer and we were very pleased with their pricing and work. While they were there we had them price the upstairs A/C and furnance, so we got everything new for a good price and the workers were amazing. They worked very hard and double checked everything before leaving. We highly recommend Kentucky Climate Control for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Josh Mason was our technician. He was very respectful and professional. He made sure to go over what was wrong with our system, why it wasn’t working, how he would fix it, and the cost. He even offered us a discount on a maintenance plan. Could not recommend them enough. 10/10!

Customer service was amazing on the phone and when Josh, the technician, got here. I was able to get an appointment same day & within a few hours of calling them. Which was amazing during the summer heat. Thankfully what I needed was a simple fix and he got it back up and running like it should. Definitely would recommend them if you’re having any issues and need professional help. Absolutely would use them again, and I would request Josh specifically.
