This company is a shining example of effective small business. Their service is quick, dependable and professional. They use quality products and their installation is efficient, effective and thorough. They don’t leave until they’re satisfied that everything is operating as it should be.

Their routine maintenance is also thorough and they clean up after themselves! Prices are competitive as well. What more could you want??

Bruce from Ware's came to our home to evaluate/service our HVAC system. He called to advise he was on his way and arrived promptly. He reviewed the system we had and spent some time explaining how it all worked, what items if any might need to be serviced in the future and what we could do to improve the comfort in our home. He was very professional, friendly and most of all patient with our questions. He didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t need. Great customer service!!

After first calling another company and them not showing up until more than 8 hours later than they said they would, I called Matt as a 2nd opinion and he was at the house essentially within an hour and was able to find the parts needed and also able to best the other company by several hundred dollars. Will definitely be calling Matt for any future maintenance, repairs and installs.

These guys were quick, reasonably priced and very professional. In all my years of calling HVAC repairmen when I have a breakdown, this company was the first to fix the problem without trying to sell me a new unit. If ever I have another issue, Ware’s will be my first call.

We had used a big box hvac company in the past, but when they told us we needed a new heat pump unit, decided it was time to shop around. Called Ware's on a recommendation from our neighbor. Matt was here the same afternoon, concluded we did need a new unit, and gave us an estimate much lower that the previous company. The new unit was installed the next day. Matt and his team are very personable, very knowledgeable and very respectful of your home. They protected our floors as they carried things in and out, and when they left you would never know they had been here. Another plus is that Windy took care of all the warranty information so that we didn't need to worry about it! I don't believe you will find another company that would be superior to Ware's Heating and Cooling.

Mr. Ware and his wife are very friendly and so helpful. I thought I might have a major A/C problem, but it was only my old thermostat. Mr. Ware replaced it within minutes and everything works great now! The bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ware’s Heating and Cooling.

OUTSTANDING & PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
Within 1 week I had the quote, delivery and install completed. I needed 2 full units installed and Mr. Ware and his employees were extremely professional and respectful! Everything looked great and works so much better than my outdated / undersized units that I had heating/cooling my home. You could see the attention to detail that was taken during the whole process!

The heat in my house stopped working in the middle of the night and so I called Ware’s Heating & Cooling very early as it was very cold in my house and I have a young child. Matt answered almost immediately and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was at my house and had the problem fixed within a few hours. He made a stressful situation much easier and I am very grateful.
