OnTIME Service

Super service. They were here within 2 hours of us calling on a Sunday morning. Our old unit was beyond repair and actually dangerous. Brandon clearly explained all the issues with us. We decided to get a new unit and it was installed within 2 days. Super friendly knowledge team. I would highly recommend them.

Hot water tank went out on a Friday. We couldn't find anyone to even come to the house let alone anyone to replace it. OnTime sent Jay out to the house same day, and then he installed the next day (Saturday) without any extra charges. Jay was very professional and did a great, clean job on the install. I would recommend them to anyone moving forward.

We have used On Time at two different locations in past few years for break down service. Having been with another company for many years, we had On Time also quote us a new system. Very good pricing and very good equipment. Also very impressed with how details were communicated. Estimator and Install Team...exceptional!

We called for service due to storm damage. They were quick to respond and send a person to our home. The service tech was very polite and helpful in getting our AC back up and running.

This company is very professional & they are very thorough when serving the furnace & air conditioner. I have always gotten the appointment when I wanted one. I never have to wait long for the appointment either. This is the same company that installed my ac & furnace.

Our air conditioner tried to take the weekend off unbeknownst to me...but those plans were thankfully thwarted! I noticed the house feeling stuffy around 6 pm Friday evening. I knew they were predicting temps to be in the mid 90's for the upcoming weekend and I do not do hot! I have Multiple Sclerosis and the heat of our summers are my kryptonite. We managed to stay somewhat cool overnight but come Saturday around noon, I was done with it! We tried to get the AC going but had no luck. I was not sure who to even call as we are new to Robards and fearing the worst, I got busy calling the local repair shops I found on Google. I called one of the most recommended places, On Time Heating and Air. I got an answering machine and decided to not leave a message but would call back in a few. To my surprise, my phone rang immediately- it was the On Time scheduling rep. She was so very polite and she wasted no time getting my basic info and stated the tech would be at my house in approximately 1 hour. She said he would call when he was nearing the house. Quicker than a 30 minutes or less pizza guy, we had a tech pulling in the drive. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to fix our problem. He even loved on our sweet Great Dane Gypsy! I was so very thankful for On Time and the service tech for responding so quickly and kindly. My health would have suffered so much if they had not been prepared with replacement parts and a well trained technicians who took so much pride in his work. Again, On Time is the bees knees! 100/10

We had been told that replacing the ductwork in our attic could not be done. Not enough room. Well, they did it!! Great job! Very neat and respectful of our things! We are so happy with the job they did! A+++
