OnTIME Service

Turned on AC for the first time this spring and it didn’t work. Called On Time at 3:30 on the Friday before Memorial Day -expected to wait until at least Tuesday. The lady on the phone said she had a tech that could be here in about an hour. He showed up in about 30 minutes and had us up and running in about 10 minutes. Thank you, On Time!!

Tried to tell me since my system uses R22 it's not chargeable. I found out this is false. Was given a quote to replace entire system that was outrageous too. Over twice as much as a small local company. Stay away from these people.

Dalton was professional, informative, and helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had and also let us know about a couple of issues by the initial installers that may need correction at a later date. He didn't pressure us into buying anything or upgrading. Dalton is good peoples...

The service was good. Jay, the Technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained the process needed to correct busted pipes. I would highly recommend their services.

I called OnTime, panicked because we had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year so far. the HVAC company I've always used was incredibly rude to me, and also stated they couldn't come help despite claiming to offer emergency services.

The Technitian who came out, Jeff, from OnTime, was friendly, punctual, informative and had everything repaired and in working order in less than an hour!
This one visit, has absolutely made me a lifelong customer.

Had to have OnTime back out because our old furnace likes to play dirty, and go out on the coldest nights.
Jeff came back out and worked his magic again, got us up and running in about 15 minutes!

Had OnTime back out due to A/C blower failure, Tech Devin was awesome! He got our new parts installed in about 20 minutes, He was very helpful, and informative about my system, and the processes required to upgrade.
Now I have AIR!!!
That alone deserves a raise! Can't get through a Kentucky summer with no air.
