Chapman Heating and Cooling

Our furnace went out in the middle of a cold snap and these guys were able to come out first thing the next morning. Ended up having to replace it (older furnace so not unexpected) and Terrance was great about explaining the different options. Then he arranged for it to come to our house first thing the next day. Best part was the option I had selected wasn’t in stock, so he upgraded it for free.

Will definitely be calling Chapman if I need anything like this again.

Chapman responded very quickly to my Christmas Eve day without heat. Joe C was very courteous and through in the identification of the heater issue. Within less than an hour I had heat restored. I am very pleased with Chapman and the professionalism of their technicians.

Overall I had a good experience with the installation of a new heat pump and gas furnace. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern would be the scheduling of the job. This job should have been done over two days or they should have scheduled multiple crews to be there to get it done in a timely manner. They were at my house for 12 hours to complete the job. Ask for Joe if you need work done.

Our HVAC went out last evening during a stretch of 90 degree high temps. I called them that evening and they had someone out the next morning on a SUNDAY! Alex from Chapman surprised me with a call Sunday morning when I was not expecting someone until Monday. He was able to find the issue right away, which was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and got our unit up and running in about 15 minutes of being here. We are so thankful Chapman was able to come out so quickly and get us up and running!

Kevin who is our tech at CHAPMAN is extremely professional, courteous and genuinely cares about us as customers. Erin and the professionalism of the entire staff is exceptional in customer service needs and requests. We have 2 units, and chose geothermal during our new build 4 years ago. Whether it is trouble shooting or regular maintenance calls we have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Chapman Heating and Cooling came out to service my furnace that had been having issues staying on. Derek identified that my fresh air intake pipe was insufficient. Chapman dispatched a repair crew the next week and Joe C. was a real pro in explaining how to best fix the problem. He and Cody worked hard to replace and re-route the exhaust pipe correctly and to correct the fresh air intake problem. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them to others!

We used Chapman to redo the HVAC in our full home renovation, including two new furnaces, A/C unit, split A/C, and entirely new ductwork.
Their pricing was competitive and knowledge was great. They came up with an awesome plane for our place and did all the work quickly, well, and very professionally.
A few months later, the larger A/C unit that they had not installed personally had an issue with the motor. This was in the middle of the crazy summer heat, and our main floor was over 80 degrees.
I called that evening, after hours, and Terrance, the service supervisor took my call. He got us scheduled for the next morning and he personally came to check it out.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in literally no time. He went out of his way to explain everything to my wife, answered all her questions, and made sure we would let him know if any issues.
She texted me at work just several minutes after his arrival to let me know how incredible the service was and that he already had it fixed.
I know that they are incredibly busy, but they took care of us right away.
Won’t use anybody else from here on out.
