We have been very happy with the service when our air conditioning failed it was very hot and they gave us timely service including a Saturday service call. The technicians have been very professional and clearly explained what was wrong and what the fix would be. Highly recommend

The staff were friendly, professional, on time, and the owner even came over to go over things and make sure we were happy and ok with the decisions made. Very happy and would recommend this company to anyone. Obviously not the time to lose your air but they literally cams out the next day and redid our entire indoor and outdoor unit and replaced thermostat and reran some things to help with condensation. Thanks guys for your hard work. Very much appreciated during this hot summer.

William installed a NEST learning thermostat 3 for me and took the time to get it online and help me to sync it with the program on my phone. I was going to have him do the annual maintenance on the AC unit, he checked the unit out and come back with an honest assessment, the AC unit managed to fuse some relays and some other components and remained us the unit was 25+ years old, he said he would be glad to fix it but it wasn't going to be cheap, he suggested replacing it.
What I liked was he wasn't pushy either way and he didn't badger me for the work.
I got a home warranty I can't wait to see there reply. Honestly if it was up to me I would keep William and his company instead of whoever the home warranty people send, they were all disasters, Im trying a different home warranty this year home there professionals.

They came out same-day to repair heating system that stopped working in the middle of winter. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us option of repairing broken part versus getting a new system. Same day went and got new part and installed. Always very happy to work with them.

Excellent, prompt service. I called them for a malfunctioning heater on the coldest day of the year, and a technician showed up within 2 hours. He was thorough, kind, careful, and professional. And I'd have been happy to pay them twice what they charged me!

They do great work. I just got a bill from them for 187.00. Last year a tech missed his appointment. He had to the hospital. I had to make the appointment for another day.He said that he cleared it with his boss that we would get this years cleaning free of charge. The man already came and cleaned the ac unit. Just got charged for freon. They would put it in the computer. it's not right.

Considering the heat and I’m sure the amount of people in need of service, Elder had techs out in one business day to handle my ac repair. Very courteous technicians who explained to me what the issue was, how they were fixing it, and what to look out for in the future as well as how to maintain the unit to hopefully avoid future breakdowns. Great service!

Steve from Elder Heating is the best. He’s responsive, thorough and reliable. There is hardly anything he doesn’t have the expertise to repair and if he can’t identify the problem, he researches until he finds the answer and will make sure the system is working properly before he leaves out your door. I’ve found him to be one of the best, if not the best, service person across all industries.
