Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Prudential for 7 years after moving back to the Louisville area. They have been a very reliable service company. We have had 2-3 service techs that have all been very detailed in services provided and advice to keep our older (15 years) high efficiency furnace running properly. Chris, our current tech, does an excellent job, knows my equipment and communicates well.
When we needed a new air conditioning unit their salesperson did a very good job of explaining the current air equipment available. We were able to choose a unit that met and exceeded our expectations. That combined with a very professional installation made a less than pleasant task a good investment in our comfort and a more enjoyable deck (less noise).
All of this combined with an excellent yearly service contract makes Prudential our choice for heating and air needs.

Excellent service. The service technician arrived promptly and gave me an honest estimate. He worked quickly to get my heater working as fast as possible. Very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure that everything was working correctly and cleaned up everything before he left. I was impressed and extremely happy with the service I received. Without a doubt I will always call Prudential for any heating and cooling needs.

Fair pricing with professional service that had us up and running quickly. This group is very honest and didn’t give me the run around and just want to replace the unit. They care about the customer and are candid about whether a repair will truly resolve the issue.

I cant say enough good things about Prudential. They showed up in good time, my technician was so very nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed problem, fixed and did a few extra things. The price was very reasonable, and no attempts to try to sell me something I didnt need. This was so refreshing having almost been ripped off by another highly advertised rival back in January. Prudential has truly been a professional and customer satisfaction driven company. Over the years their service has been outstanding. Most recently Mason, the HVAC technician, came to my house for my bi-annual check-up. Following the lead of the Prudential organization, he was on time and professional. He explained his intentions, went to work followed by a thorough briefing of his findings. Thank you to the entire organization.

Buyer beware. I had a Lennox system put in my new construction home in 2007 & by 2014 it was broke. We had a defective unit which prudential did replace for the cost of Labor. Fast forward to last month when the unit they replaced it with in 2014 went out on me. $7500 later my HVAC is replaced but with a different manufacturer & not Prudential.

We've been using Prudential since we moved to Louisville 1.5 years and been very pleased.

This visit, Mason was very professional however, I was disappointed that he replaced my high quality filter with a very inexpensive one..... I change filters every 3 months and mine had a month to go.... I probably should have told Mason not to replace my filter, (I did have a date on the filter.)

Incidentally, I went to High School with the founder of the filter company you use.... Joe Koch, (Koch Filter Corp).
