A fantastic experience, inexpensive, excellent diagnosis skills, professional, this is the AC people you will want. I have a 26 year old system, and the technician described my unit as a tank, and did not try to sell me a new unit! Fantastic, and I love the honesty and advice on keeping my "tank" unit in good shape. I will definitely use them next time.

This service is amazing! I called them at 9:30 AM, a serviceman arrived at 10:00, and had my heat back on at 10:30! Throughout the time he worked he taught me (a first time home owner) about my furnace and how I can do regular maintenance myself to extend its life. I am so thankful for such awesome, knowledgeable staff and cannot recommend them enough!

Had a fan motor go out in central air unit on July 3rd. Service staff was limited due to the observation of the 4th of July holiday business wise. House was getting hot and the temperature was supposed to get into the low 90's that day. I called Bob R and asked him what was the model number of my central air unit as he has worked on it in the past. My plan was to relay that information back to the service department where I had already set up a service call. Not only did he know the model number but he went into the shop on his day off to come over and fix it for me. Bob R is the reason I call Robbins for central air service. Bob R typically does commercial yet went out of his way to help a residential client. Quality person working for a quality company. Many thanks to Bob R and Robbins Heating & Air.

Amber & Travis are the best!! Amber knew my issue just by my description over the phone! She dispatched Travis & he had my AC back up & going in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional & so nice!!!!

Tech visited my house in January, 2018 and was not able to make a diagnosis or repair for my intermittent no heat problem. He indicated they would mail me an invoice. They did not, and I assumed they had written the matter off because no diagnosis or repairs were made. Prior to winter 2019, I was able to find a loose exhaust elbow, which the tech probably should have found, and repaired the problem myself. No contact at all from Robbins. Today, over a year later, I received an invoice for the January, 2018 service call, along with a notice that it was past due (although I had never received any statement before today). Fortunately, there are much better choices for HVAC services in Louisville.

I've tried 3 times in the last 5 months to schedule an appointment and they've always been cancelled and wanted to reschedule when I had to work. I'm moving on to another company with better customer service that cared.

In the past couple of years, we've used Robbins to fix our air unit and furnace at our business and our home. The service has been consistently excellent. No BS. We've had bad experiences with other repair services. Robbins has been professional, honest, and actually fixed our problems cheaper than expected. I definitely recommend calling them first.
