Advanced Air cannot be beat. When my husband and I moved back to Shreveport/Bossier City we asked my dad if he recommended anyone. He knew the owner of Advanced Air and told us to try them. Have never been sorry. They have taken care of our AC needs at various houses for about 30 years or more. They check our system twice a year and they are courteous, prompt and dependable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. A+ rating

When we got home from shopping we noticed the AC wasn't working. We were due to go on vacation in two days so I had to get it fixed ASAP. After a quick check of circuit breakers I called Advanced. It was after hours so I got the answering service. Got a call from the technician, Brian, a few minutes later. He was extremely polite. He told me what the after hours fee would be and asked if I wanted to wait until the next morning. I thought the fee was a fair price and told him I wanted him to comet as soon as possible. He said he would be heading our way shortly. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem (low coolant) and showed me the price to fix it. The price was a shock for what i thought was a fairly easy fix but at that point , I just wanted it done. Brian was professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the task in the minimum amount of time and quickly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating.

Our air stopped working at one of my offices and when I called the lady said she will do her very best to get someone out by 12:00 pm and sure enoughBrian showed up and was AMAZING! He completed the job in less than 2 hours and had our office cool and A/C working great!!!! I have 5 offices locally will for sure be using them again!!!

I highly recommend this company! They have done a phenomenal job for us replacing our evaporator coil, a new air return install, and outdoor unit service! Professional and friendly service during the process, too.

Told me I needed to spend $10K on a new evap coil, copper lines, and a furnace (that wasn’t broke, but because it was old). Had a second opinion from another company that checked everything over and everything came back normal. The culprit, after bringing in a hydrometer found that my thermostat was giving wrong humidity and temperature readings. A quick recalibration and the problem was resolved. Didn’t even charge me for the visit. These people wanted me to spend $10K on unnecessary repairs. Shame on you.

Advanced Heating and Air, specifically Brian was great! He called me after hours Friday evening and was willing to come out over the weekend. That was not necessary but he was here first thing today…many thanks!!

My experience with Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating has been AMAZING. Very professional, on time and most important very responsive. All my needs have been meet and they have went above and beyond to do other things that were not requested. Amazing customer service and superb work on my AC unit.

Scott Lawson visited our property to provide a quote. He was VERY knowledgeable of various tax credits, SWEPCO rebates, and system rebates. I was quite impressed. Other technicians that I’ve dealt with were not as strong within this area when they were trying to sell me a system. I highly recommend Scott!

I notified the on-call agent of my problem at 6:30 A.M. The problem was diagnosed and fixed and I was paying the invoice by 11:15 A.M. The lady in the office was very responsive and professional, and the technician, Brian McManus, was very courteous & professional. Excellent Job! Impressed! A+ 🙌💪
