After some questionable service from a few other ac/heating companies, Colt from Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating was a greatly appreciated change for the better. He was professional, courteous, clear in his explanations, and thorough in his service. When I called I also received courteous service. I highly recommend this company and their people.

I've had GREAT service from Advance Air Conditioning & Heating. They have the best employees from scheduling appointments, installations and maintenance services. They're just a wonderful group of individuals. They are all very courteous and professionals. I couldn't have a better group of individuals looking out for my home.

Came out to inspect the central air unit and the tech found out that the thermostat was bad. He wanted to charge me $400+ for a $21.88 thermostat. I paid the $79 service call fee and sent him on his way. After leaving this review aTiffany(staff member) calld me and harassed me for leaving this review saying it's false statement as it's not the thermostat they are charging me that much for, it's the professionalism of the tech. After the tech came to my my place.I called the office and asked why so high of a price to replace the thermostat,she said for labor and the thermostat.She was warned I was leveing a negative review and she told me to go ahead .so that I did.I will not tolerate harassment from this company.
8-27-2021 day 2 of the company calling me. This time it was Tom calling me asking if I had time to talk because Tiffany is not trained to speak to upset customers, Well she should have never called me than. He than asked if he could give me my $79 service fee money back to remove this negative review. I told him NO, I will enjoy my working unit with my cheap thermostat that fixed the problem and that his employer told me to enjoy and wished me the best lof uck with my cheap thermostat.

Colt was very thorough and professional. My unit was low on Freon, and the cost to add Freon and stop leak at $757 seemed excessive and was much more than my friend paid to another company recently for a similar service ($180). I was not real happy about that price, but Colt was great. I highly recommend him!

Brian, the technician was very polite, professional and answered all my questions so I understood the problems in the duct work and will need to be done to correct the problem. Within 15 minutes of his assessment, there was an appointment made for repairs to be completed. Those corrections will be made the very next morning which will help to avoid so much wasted heat and air.

Called this morning due to my heating unit going out last night. The person I spoke with over the phone was very informative. I was told I could have someone come out today and would be notified when in route. I received a call no more then ten mins later and Mr. Colt Oswalt was soon at my door step. He was very professional and took no time resolving my heater issue. I was made aware of many different options for the future of my unit. All and all I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.
